But the service 😫 my Gawd was terrible I couldn’t have sent my steak back if I wanted cuz the waitress never came to check in… Let’s not mention the busier dropped a handful of dishes in front of our table, picked up the big stuff leaving a slippery mess and a little girl fell in it 💔 Next time we’ll try dining at the bar I guess, I really want to love this place… First impression wasn’t good!!!“

“Tonight my wife and I had two guests , one from out of town , and we spent a few hrs on the boat. We stopped here for dinner and it was packed. A server named Allie came over and checked to make sure we were on the list.When we were seated Allie took great care of us and the meal was great !!! “We, Fort Lauderdale, have another winner with this local dig. Man, from the Halloween decorations (it’s the season) to the warmth you feel when you enter the space and see a bar surrounded by dark wood. A few screens pepper the inside and the service is present and helpful. The beer selection is on point as I ordered a German Pils and my sister got the stout. Burger special unbelievable at $12 for a burger, fries, and a beer of choice. In 2025 what a bargain. The playlist included The Cranberries and Garbage. My sister and I decided to make this our new place. Congrats to Waxy‘s on a job well done, oh and you must try the curry chicken. 👌🏾“

“I’ve been enjoying Webbys for over 15 years. They have never disappointed me with any of their menu selections. The owners are truly wonderful people. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, fast. Very cozy atmosphere. I find myself talking with the other patrons very easily. Check them out!“

“We had a great time trying out Casa Playa on Fort Lauderdale Beach! Just a block away from the ocean, this spot is gorgeous, with outdoor seating and open-air bar seats. The Menu is Latin fusion with a lot of Peruvian influence. The Peruvian Ceviche was spot on. The Grilled Octopus was cooked perfectly. The whole fried fish was crunchy and juicy! Hard to stop eating it. One of my favorites is the Jalea, which is deep fried seafood platter.. So Good! The cocktails and wines were also very refreshing! The Pisco Playa is their take on a Pisco sour, and it was delicious as well! This is a great spot for lunch, dinner or just a couple drinks at the bar. I recommend you stop by next time you’re on Fort Lauderdale Beach. And a special thanks to Reina, Joey and Geraldo for treating us great!“

I ordered the fish n chips for dinner and 3 Captain Morgans and it was GREAT! the waitress was very good and paid attention to the customers :-) The waitress handed me my food and I appreciate getting it from the person I ordered it from. Tonight is Bike night and it gets packed with a good crowd. Overall, a good dinner at Marina 84 ! The atmosphere was upbeat and friendly.“

Instead of just saying I’m sorry and don’t worry about the bill they asks for another card. Now we are having to cancel a card they lost and running late to get my nephew back his broadway show tour at the performance arts center because we are looking for the card. The sauce is incredible, the baked beans have a hint of cinnamon (I think?) that adds the perfect touch, and the mac and cheese tastes like something your granny would make. Pure comfort food. Everything feels like it’s made with love. I stopped in today and Ken gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received — and that’s coming from someone who’s worked in nearly every corner of the food industry. As a bar, it had a limited but satisfying beer and liquor selection but offsets that lack of variety with high quality food. The food I had was incredible, not sure what she had. But all I know is, if I was them, I wouldn't have maintained my composure for nearly as long. “LOVED this place back when I smoked and stopped coming when I stopped despite loving the food and the service. Now that it's non-smoking I stopped in for my favorite gravy/cheese steak fries but they don't have them anymore. No problem, ordered Jersey Fries instead! But they're not Jersey Fries. Just regular fries with seasoning?? Anyone would be confused and disappointed. I would serious consider changing the name of this menu item.

Edited 12/22/24: After seeing the owners response I came in again to get my favorite fries. Came out piping hot, covered in (real!) melted cheese with a yummy side dish of gravy. I was on Cloud 9! Forgot to ask for Lisa but I appreciate her response and my do-over. I'll be back! Great service as always. ❤️“
