“We tried this restaurant during the COVID time (about 4 years ago) and was served through a window for takeaway only. We happened to be in the area and my wife and I decided to have lunch so we went in and then realized we ate at this restaurant a very long time ago. Overall no regrets.

“I would say their food outweighs the smoothies but for the area it’s a little gem if you are looking for healthy food. It looks like the recently upgraded the interior and they can use a little work on drink consistency and customer service but they do have huge rushes during lunch and orders so they are quite busy. Definitely a recommendation for healthy food that’s fresh and not too bad of a price.“

“Always great to come here. This is the place that my son ate his 1st burger. The cook took his time to make it his best tasty experience. The food is always delicious, the employees work as a family and the atmosphere brings a meat grill scent that will have you drewling for more then 1 patty. If your on a diet ehhhh still come and make this place your cheat day, Wayyyy worth it.

Vegetarian options: They have a delicious Vegan Burger. Yummmm

“Despite having to wait an additional 20 minutes after our reservation time to get seated, dining at Divieto was a 5 star experience.

We had the calamari & lobster bisque to start and they were both delicious. Please note that the bisque is only offered on Sundays.

Our server Bryan did an excellent job presenting the wine bottle, offering dining suggestions and attentive service throughout the dinner.

For mains I had the lamb chops and they were melt off the bone type good. It’s a little bit on the sweeter side so it may not be for everyone.

“Try something different for lunch today in Downtown Fort Lauderdale area, try Blue Tree Cafe Vegan Soul Food by Nika King. This little cafe serves up all the soul, as Nika’s mom, Chef Sharon cooks up all of your soul food favorites, for a very reasonable price, plus special for this month, they have a home made burger for 954 Burger Month. The Black Bean Soul Burger is made with black beans, brown rice, toasted walnuts and a variety of spices and herbs. It’s served on a vegan brioche bun smered with a chipotle compound butter and house dressing, served here with hand cut sweet potato fries. The menu also has a lot of great options too, the crab balls are my favorite! Hours are limited as they are only open Tuesday - Thursday, 11-6 and are cashless business. They are located at 612 NW 9th Ave Ste A in Ft.Lauderdale, close to downtown, but they have do have a private free parking lot. Highly suggest checking them out this week, and trying the burger before the end of the month.“

“The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.“

“Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.“

“Wonderful foods, cooked fresh. Very flavorful without being salty. We had the white bean soup and empanadas (lentil, chicken parm) for the appetizers. Fettuccine Alfredo for the main. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Great balance of taste and healthiness. Service from Tracy was great, she was there by herself and handled everything like a pro. Highly recommend! “We found this place while looking for vegan and gluten free breakfast options, and they told us about how they close the vegan bakery and reopen as Funky Love in the evening. Breakfast was amazing, so we came back the same evening and weren’t disappointed. The food here is fantastic and the staff is more than willing to introduce you to new things.“

“I really wanted to love Bocas but I left extremely disappointed. This spot has been on my bookmarked list for three years, and I finally decided to check it out today. Sadly, it didn't live up to the hype. We started strong the passion fruit sangria was phenomenal and lived up to the reviews. We also ordered the bao octopus appetizer, which was surprisingly delicious and well-cooked. But things went downhill fast. My son ordered the ribs, and they came out still frozen. When we brought it to our waitress's attention, she casually responded, “Oh okay, we can make another one.” No real apology or urgency. My son ended up switching to a burger instead. I ordered the ribeye with rice, beans, and avocado, but the rice and beans never made it to the table. Not a huge deal in itself, but it added to the growing list of issues. The worst part? At one point, our waitress stuck her bare hands into the rice cooker to grab a bite for herself we saw her try to turn her back to hide it, but it was very obvious. That was a huge turn-off and honestly, unhygienic and unacceptable. To top it all off, the place had a lot of fruit flies and it was uncomfortably warm inside. Food-wise, it wasn't terrible. But the service was inattentive and dismissive, and that kind of experience just ruins a meal. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit to Bocas.“

Tuna, cabbage, cucumber, and carrots with wasabi cream dressing was one of my favorite combinations. The portion size is very satisfying. For the price, you cannot get a fresher, tastier poke bowl than this. In terms of the environment, this is a small store, but I really love the vibe and décor. “ I’m not able to give five stars because they serve dead animals per the apps rules, but I didn’t want to say that it was the most satisfying meal I had in all of Fort Lauderdale and Miami combined! The black bean burger was my favorite as was the PB shake! The owner really knows what he’s doing. I hope they transition away from vegetable oil in the future as well as get rid of the synthetic fragrance air freshener in the bathroom.“

“I brought my best friend for her birthday and my partner who loves Roccos. I added in the reservation notes that we were dining for a birthday celebration. I didn't expect anything to happen with that comment except for maybe a "Happy Birthday" which my server acknowledged, but not only that, at the end of our delicious meals a Tres Leches cake with a roasted merengue topping with a little candle was brought out and placed right in front of my best friend. This was the highlight of our night. Thank you so much for the experience as per usual. I love Roccos!“

“I am in town for business and after one visit to this little shrine offering stunning Thai cuisine I have been back two more times, and will make it a point to stop in again before I leave. I have lived throughout California, Florida, Ohio, Denver, New Orleans and Minneapolis and can state with absolute certainty this is in the top three of any Thai cuisine I have experienced in over 35 years of being a Thai food fiend. “I just celebrated my birthday with 3 of my friends at Epazote. The food was incredible we left so full! The staff were all friendly, kind and patient! The restaurant is small but it gave such a cozy warm vibe that I loved it! We had the Taquiza (assorted taco platter) as an appetizer and it was so much food! We also had guacamole and the Queso Fundido (OMG gooey delicious cheese!) Even though we barely had room for anything else, we also ordered main dishes that we knew we’d have take home. The Pescado Frito (grilled whole snapper) was phenomenal. The fajitas came out sizzling and steaming. The Quesabirrias were so flavorful and the consume is to die for.
