“I called beforehand to see if they had the new banana pudding milkshake and the person who answered the phone was nice and patient.

After finding out they had it, I went to the drive thru to get it. The line moved fast. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The Banana Pudding Milkshake is GOOD! (and only comes in 1 size for those wondering).

I wanted to try the regular banana pudding that I've been seeing on social media but they didn't have that.“

“Getting sloppy. Chick-fil-A everywhere has always ser the standard for drive-thru speed and accuracy. Twice now in the last month, they've missed something from my order. A little more focus on accuracy, please. Otherwise the place is phenomenal.“

“Today at International Plaza I was able to get my favorite version of the Sunjoy® by substituting unsweet tea for the sweet tea and diet lemonade for the sweetened lemonade, my TwistyTarty lemonade. And of course French fries.
SHAYLEE provided quick service during lunch hour rush.
Seating is open for all 11 or so eateries here in Food Court. Enjoy indoor accessible tables, high tops some with charge ports, lounge chairs, covered out door seating includes accessible tables and lounge chairs.
Accessible family, women's, men's restrooms are next to food court. Restrooms have open entry dedicated stalls with 2 grab bars and adequate space.

From the moment you step in line, Chick-fil-A exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff is a perfect blend of Southern charm and modern politeness ,and the subtle, tantalizing aroma of a proprietary spice blend that had my mouth watering instantly. The background hum of people walking the mall created an ambiance that was both relaxed and vibrant, a perfect prelude to the meal to come.

Our server, a delightful person, was attentive without being overbearing, a true professional who guided me through the menu with expert recommendations. We started with the waffle fries , which were crisp, and an ideal introduction to the quality of the kitchen.

But the main event of course, was the Chick-fil-A sandwich. When it arrived, it was a golden-brown spectacle. The exterior was a craggy, inviting landscape of shatteringly crisp crust, clearly the result of a meticulous breading process.

Biting into the Chick-fil-A sandwich was a textural revelation. The initial crunch was loud and satisfying, giving way immediately to incredibly juicy, moist, and tender meat. It was clear the chicken had been brined, soaking up an intricate blend of seasonings that penetrated deep into the flesh. The flavor profile was complex—deeply savory, with just the right hit of spices and a subtle hint of sweetness. There was zero greasiness; and was cooked to absolute perfection, a testament to proper temperature and technique.

“Eriel is always so kind! It doesn’t matter what time of day, she is smiling and happy to take care of your customers! I don’t know who needs to hear this but good employees like her should definitely be recognized and rewarded! Remember it’s the food that brings the customers, and it’s your employees that keep them. She deserves a huge raise, promotion and definitely recognition! She greets me by my name always, her positive attitude is a great way to start the work day!“

“We were round tripping to Tampa (PIE) and The Port for my adult kids. They don’t have Chick-fil-A in their area. It was their request to eat there twice while on vacation. It’s all about the chicken! We all had Spicy 🌶️. But, you do need to think about the sauces.
Although without the grandkids, we all noticed how clean this place was. Also, everyone else had kids to play in the playground. And, they were good, well behaved kids.
We did choose to go back again. It was the nicest fast food we’ve enjoyed in a long time.

Parking: You have to follow the signs.

Kid-friendliness: The kid friendly playground was a blast from the past. But, all the kids seemed so well behaved. It was a great place to take kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: As in all U.S. facilities, the wheelchair accessibility was awesome.“

“Great place for lunch. I'm from the Destin area so do frequent the Fort Walton Beach location. Its quite slow on service and order completion compared to the Fort Walton store, but they do have higher volume. Thats really my only complaint.“

“This place has become one of my favorite places in a few minutes because it’s so nice in here and the guy Alex who attended us was so nice and polite. It was the best treat I got in a long time. He has so much potential. It’s amazing how a fast food spot can become such a better place to visit than a fancy restaurant. I truly recommend this place to have a good meal with your loved ones. Also I love the milkshakes here, they are so good.“

“The drive thru is busy, busy. The place uses the business model they adopted during COVID with two line of cars, and efficient employees taking orders in line. I went inside and was the first one in line. I waited about 3 minutes for Andy to help me, but it was a lot faster than waiting in the car line. I passed on the very tempting banana pudding milkshake, frosted coffee milkshake to go for the diet version of the Sunjoy, unsweet iced tea and diet lemonade. You cannot go wrong with grilled chicken nuggets. Several wheel chair access parking spots. This place is all wheel chair access as well as the bathrooms. Great service. I heard a rumor that I can get free tea refills but I didn't have time to stay today.“

“This is not your typical Chick-Fil-A, unfortunately they do not carry seasonal items like the peppermint milkshake, nor do they carry the Mac and Cheese. If you decide to come, make sure you have at least 20 minutes, as the food is made upon order. This location does have an occasional cashier, but most is self checkout kiosks powered by GrubHub. You could also use the app, but I have not found that bravery yet.“

“I ate lunch at the location on Fowler across from Winn-Dixie. I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A for lunch today. We ate in and we were greeted by several employees upon entering. The restaurant was very clean and smelled good. Our food was hot, fresh and was brought to it our table by an employee shortly after we ordered. Our drinks were refilled by an employee walking around ensuring the restaurant stayed cleaned, customers were happy and received anything needed. I would definitely be back soon as well as recommend that restaurant to any and everyone.“

“Unfortunately, we did not have good food through the drive through, again!! We ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwich only. Both sandwiches had hard buns, top and bottom and the chicken was not fresh. This has happened twice in a row to us. I use to love Chick-fil-A, but this location has changed. Also, the young lady taking our orders had a technical problem and several cars had to order at the window. Where was a helper for her??? I felt bad for her!! Finally, someone replaced her. These young folks have to much technical equipment to handle, I believe. They have to hold 2 items in their hand!! And they are all nice, young folks standing outside.Also, we never, ever get extra pickes!!!! Thanks for listening.“

“TPA gate A chic fila A- I only ordered codde But the customer service is A1 and they have reasonable prices-no price gouging. I wonder how they are able to have reasonable prices compared to most other food places in the airport. How humane.“

“This is a convenient location. The only thing that could be an issue is trying to get in and out because the area is a bit contested. The food is always fresh. I usually get the spicy chicken biscuit with tea. And some times a parfait with granola. Its chick fila. They seem to have the best fast food customer service.“
