“Stopped into Chick fil A for a chicken sandwich today with my second cousin. He loves the chick fil a sauce and the spicy chicken sandwiches.
The staff was amazing as per the usual, and it was still decked out in the holiday spirit.
The inside has a play place for the kids and a lot of space.
Plenty of parking and spots to chill.“
“Matthew in the drive-thru on Thursday August 21st gave excellent customer service helping provide additional condiments, hand wipes, and mints with a smile , great attitude, and lots of patience. He was very kind. Whole team served meal with excellence. I recommend drive thru with mobile app is faster than other lane.“

Parking: Parking is bad, but by no fault of Chic-fil-A. It is always so crowded at every store we’ve been to. They handle it to the best of their ability. Plenty of employees even outside taking orders. It’s hard to preform as well as they do with serving max crowds. Love your employees attitudes. By far the best!!“

“WARNING: THIS IS A MALL CHICK FIL A AND HAS A LIMITED MENU
Used the Curbside pickup feature. Great way to avoid the large line and anxious crowd. Food and service about as usual as a full sized Chick. Fries were soggy and only partially warm, with very little salt (as usual). Hot take Chick-Fil-A fries are pretty bad usually, they can be good but usually mess up bad. Nuggets on FIRE today. Best I’ve ever had.

“Why do they keep asking me what sauce I want with my spicy chicken, it's perfect just like it is.Update, OK, I tried the Chick-fil-A sauce today and it was amazing, it has kind of a smokey flavor which was really great with the spicy sandwich.

“Eriel is always so kind! It doesn’t matter what time of day, she is smiling and happy to take care of your customers! I don’t know who needs to hear this but good employees like her should definitely be recognized and rewarded! Remember it’s the food that brings the customers, and it’s your employees that keep them. She deserves a huge raise, promotion and definitely recognition! She greets me by my name always, her positive attitude is a great way to start the work day!“
“The drive thru is busy, busy. The place uses the business model they adopted during COVID with two line of cars, and efficient employees taking orders in line. I went inside and was the first one in line. I waited about 3 minutes for Andy to help me, but it was a lot faster than waiting in the car line. I passed on the very tempting banana pudding milkshake, frosted coffee milkshake to go for the diet version of the Sunjoy, unsweet iced tea and diet lemonade. You cannot go wrong with grilled chicken nuggets. Several wheel chair access parking spots. This place is all wheel chair access as well as the bathrooms. Great service. I heard a rumor that I can get free tea refills but I didn't have time to stay today.“

“We were round tripping to Tampa (PIE) and The Port for my adult kids. They don’t have Chick-fil-A in their area. It was their request to eat there twice while on vacation. It’s all about the chicken! We all had Spicy 🌶️. But, you do need to think about the sauces.
Although without the grandkids, we all noticed how clean this place was. Also, everyone else had kids to play in the playground. And, they were good, well behaved kids.
We did choose to go back again. It was the nicest fast food we’ve enjoyed in a long time.
Parking: You have to follow the signs.
Kid-friendliness: The kid friendly playground was a blast from the past. But, all the kids seemed so well behaved. It was a great place to take kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: As in all U.S. facilities, the wheelchair accessibility was awesome.“
“I love this newer location! My grandson's love coming here so they can push that big red button and see the train go all around the restaurant! Everyone here is so friendly! Customer service is really important to me and that alone will make or break any experience for me. This location never disappoints! Great job!!
My most favorite menu item right now is the Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich!! OMG IS THIS THING DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! Messy but SO worth it! I was stoked to see it has returned for the season!!“

“Why is there so much hate for Chick Fil A? How can you not like this sandwich? If you don’t like it, go to the next place. Don’t eat it. Leave it for those who like it. We don’t want you to eat it. You probably would say McDonalds is better, and quite frankly that says it all. Oh… and I like the change to crunchier fries.“
“This is not your typical Chick-Fil-A, unfortunately they do not carry seasonal items like the peppermint milkshake, nor do they carry the Mac and Cheese. If you decide to come, make sure you have at least 20 minutes, as the food is made upon order. This location does have an occasional cashier, but most is self checkout kiosks powered by GrubHub. You could also use the app, but I have not found that bravery yet.“

“I ordered a cobb salad without cheese and they do that but they forgot the hard boiled egg. That’s the best part. I’m not feeling good so I didn’t go back. I also ordered a bowl of their chicken noodle soup. That was perfect!“

“TPA gate A chic fila A- I only ordered codde But the customer service is A1 and they have reasonable prices-no price gouging. I wonder how they are able to have reasonable prices compared to most other food places in the airport. How humane.“
“Came thru the drive thru the other day it was my first time being at chic fil a! The young man who go by the name charles helped me order,he even went thru every item on the menu and explained the sizes,spice levels,what comes on it, etc in a timely manner due to the fact there where other cars! His customer service skills was a 10/10 I will definitely be coming back here!“
“I called beforehand to see if they had the new banana pudding milkshake and the person who answered the phone was nice and patient.
After finding out they had it, I went to the drive thru to get it. The line moved fast. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The Banana Pudding Milkshake is GOOD! (and only comes in 1 size for those wondering).
I wanted to try the regular banana pudding that I've been seeing on social media but they didn't have that.“
