“The wife and I were here 2 months ago and the food was excellent. The return trip was as good as the first time. Consistency is the mark of a good eatery. I like hot sauce on my chicken because I like the flavor. This place is a chain restaurant from Guatemala and incorporate the flavor into the batter, but no heat, it is wonderful. The chicken is juicy. The wife had roasted breast which was tender and cooked perfectly. Their Cole slaw is perfect and a delight. The Cheros were very good too, nice and warm. I was honestly caught off guard because, in all my years of eating at Chick-fil-A, I can’t remember ever having an issue like this. “I recently tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken and honestly, I was surprised by how good it was. The chicken was super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice Cajun-style seasoning that gives it a little extra flavor compared to regular fried chicken.

The sides were also really good — especially the biscuits, which were soft and slightly sweet, and the fries were fresh and well-seasoned. The portions are generous for the price, so it’s definitely a good value.

It’s not a fancy place since it’s usually inside gas stations or small stores, but the food quality makes up for it. Service was quick, and everything tasted fresh.

“I ate at my 2nd Zaxbys yesterday, used drive through. I have to say that zaxbys definitely brings it as far as customer service! Both that I visited the servers were all smiles and pleasant. These days customer service has been spotty in most restaurants. I'm very happy to say zaxbys in New Port Richey and on Hillsborough Ave the customer service was excellent! Salads and wraps are also amazing!“

“I have had an amazing experience! Every time I go to a Chick-fil-A and ask for a grotesque amount of pickles, I never receive them—I always get three pickles, sometimes four if I’m lucky. 😒

However, this Chick-fil-A far exceeded my expectations! I absolutely loved my pickle pounder sandwich and would 100% come back again! The customer service was amazing as well. The staff was extremely friendly, and the manager on shift was wonderful too.

The service is highly organized, helpful and friendly with an average wait time. And, of course, their food had the excellent standard most Chick-fil-A food has.“
