“As someone with food service experience this place is impressive. Everything is fresh, made to order, you can see them make it right in front of you and most importantly the kitchen is CLEAN! Thats how you really know they care. Ive had the chicken strips and fries (my favorite!), wraps, sandwiches, and subs, and they take such care with the ingredients and everything is so fresh and flavorful and the guys are so nice and helpful making suggestions on what might be better its one of my favorite places to stop by after work now.“

It had been a while since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The cashier, Contessa, went above and beyond: she kindly explained the new menu options, including the combo meals, and was incredibly patient with my friend, who speaks limited English.

Our food came out quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious. As we were finishing up, Contessa came by while tidying the dining area (which was immaculate) and checked in to make sure everything was great. We ended up having a light, friendly conversation, and her warm, funny personality made us feel genuinely welcome.

Started looking for spots open at 4am and I saw this place and I had to call them to make sure this was true and to my surprise it was. Once there I walk in, it’s a small little spot but quaint. Ordered their special sandwich can’t even recall what it was called but it was like OVER a foot big I also had these meat balls and it was all amazing the balls had amazing hot well seasoned beef and the sandwich had soooo much meat with all the goods… a must try after throwing away money at the hard rock at 4am“

Also they were I believe just becoming popular. Let me tell you this….the place is off the chain with service and excellence in prices menu options, cleanliness music lights and so much fun. It’s like a Disney World almost lol. Great Food awesome service and really feels great indoors bc of the cool temp AC on a hot day esp. Highly recommend Wesley Chapel but First and Foremost the Fowler Avenue location because the staff and comfort of the welcoming and inviting atmosphere is unmatched and second to none. “I ordered from this location tonight (as I do most every weekend) and the burgers were borderline raw. I didn't discover until they were brought home and my schedule didn't allow to return to the store so had to pitch them. I called this evening and spoke to the night manager. He explained they have been training a lot of new employees (and also trainers) and was understanding and apologetic for the experience. He readily offered to make it right (I was satisfied with his solution) and identified the need for more training and committed to helping his team improve. He owned the mistake, offered a solution and identified it was an area that needed work. No restaurant is perfect. I can handle mistakes (more than once) when the management care and they are working to make it better. They will get another order next week and I do recommend this establishment. Not because they were perfect, but because they listened, cared and I believe they will work to make it better. See you next week Five Guys!“
