“Second time to Bern’s tonight! Excellent! The steaks are incredible! But what makes the whole experience worth it is the service!!! They really make you feel like family walking in the door, and treat you like absolute royalty. Our waiter, Phillip in the Cameo room tonight was truly PHENOMENAL! I wanted to have the guy pull up a chair and eat dinner with us, he was so friendly and such great company. The food is indescribably delicious! I’m not even sure how describe it. There’s layers of flavor to every single thing you order… steak, salad, soup, drinks… all of it! The dessert room is such a unique experience, as well! Everything is made from scratch. “This place was so delicious, we came in twice in one week. So impressed with the quality of food and the ambiance. I have been a fan of Bern's Steak House since 2015, however, we have never eaten at their sister restaurant. Last week was our 1st time visiting Haven. It was our son's birthday and we decided to try this restaurant featuring New American small plates, wine & cocktails as per recommendation of my friend. Tuna Sashimi, Hamachi Sashimi, Shaved Beef Taco, Seared Foie Gras, Cheese platter and Coal Grilled Octopus as appetizers were all 10/10. As for the main course we opted in for Glacier 51 Sea Bass (O.M.G.), Arctic Char, 8oz Filet Mignon (perfectly trimmed) and 10 oz Dry-Aged Strip. Drinks, 'Margarita', 'Lemon Drop' and 'Moscow Mule', were good as well with the exception of the 'Duck Duck Jeep' (it was an odd one). We did not try their desserts (both times) as 1st time visiting we brought a cake for our son's birthday, however, we were never super impressed with Berns' dessert room. I know it may sound weird to many as they are known for their desserts, but truthfully, we have had desserts at other local restaurants that we prefer over Berns'. Service by Madeline K. was on point, however, she accidentally forgot to place the main course item for our birthday boy, so he ended up getting his filet about 15 minutes after everyone else received their meals. It did not spoil our night as she brought out the cake with large candle with sparkles and it was fantastic! Our son was so surprised and I was able to capture some awesome pictures of him with his cake and candles. Overall an excellent experience by everyone: valet guy, bussers, food runners, hostesses and the wait staff. We also appreciated the fact that we were seated at a larger table/couch with brighter lights vs more of a romantic, darker tables. Our second time we requested to sit outside which was nice as it was a pleasant evening. Haven's tacos are my husband's favorite in Tampa and we ordered 16 of them that night. If you are not up to dressing up in your best outfits, but would like a nice quality meal, Haven is your spot!“

“This is by far the best local eatery! I eat here almost every day. All the food is outstanding; as I eat healthy, I normally get the steak or chicken with salad and yuca or black beans. Of course a Cuban coffee and just sometimes one of their delicious desserts. I always bring home yuca and salad for dinner. For now, am staying away from carbs and have lost 11 pounds since going here.!! The servers are fantastic and very friendly. The entire restaurant is clean which is a huge thing to me! “My first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse and it was awesome. The ribeye and filet were my favorites of the night, but everything was really good. All you can eat quality cuts of steak, lamb, chicken, shrimp, salmon, and pork for only $62.50..yes please! My wife who is not a big eater had the salad bar, which had a huge selection of many different foods...calling it a salad bar is far far inadequate. As for the meat coming to your table, don't be shy about asking for what you want if you are not seeing it. Everyone there was friendly and attentive. They even indulged my odd request for ketchup. My wife said the lobster bisque was the best she ever had!“

“This was our second time there in about ten days. The fine-in food is incredible. They have lots of less ethnic choices on their menu and I went with an American burger which was Very Good. My wife had the ganoush with lentil soup and thought it was very good. I had a standard gyro on my first visit, auch gut. They have only Turkish coffee in itty bitty cups, chalky and instant-like which I didn’t like much but it was my choice.

Parking: Parking is a delight, always. We parked right in front. The stripes were strait and parallel.“

“My husband and I came to the NYE event ft. DJ Diesel and got the highest tier package, below table and bottle service. Forget the open bar for hours the VIP section was worth every single penny. Bathrooms for the event were amazing and drinks were plenty. I would certainly do another NYE event here again and get at least VIP!“

“First time to a Blaze Pizza. It was a different experience. Making your own pizza and salad. Fresh ingredients, maybe a few more items needed to be offered for the salad. Pizza was tasty, little skimpy on the toppings. Sauce was good. Pricing was medium/high for what you get. The staff was kind and friendly. Parking at a premium. Overall a once in awhile kinda restaurant in my opinion. But I like the pizza to order and brick oven. And seemed to be fresh.“
