“Quaint little hole-in-the-wall, hidden off the South-bound side of US1 at a Marina in Tavernier, dockside, lots of boat traffic. Parking is vast, but spread out and could be a long walk to the dock. Kinda tight inside with only 3 tables for two and 3 tables for four, not good for little kids at all. Covered outside seating is several tables for two or three, and several big picnic tables for larger groups.
Large selection of of various foods, sides, appetizers, drinks and beer/wine. No liquor.
All the food we had was delicious, fairly priced, large portions, beer was <$4 a bottle.
Table service was always kind, correct, and responsive. And English speaking too.“

It is the real deal, complete with a beautiful toasted meringue topping on this glorious rendition of this classic dessert. If you have no room for dessert, I recommend ordering a piece of the pie to go.“

“We just went on this cruise this week and it was amazing. We had trouble swimming on the beach by the resort but this was the perfect way to get more time swimming in the ocean. The captains Bartels and Joey made it such a fun time with the music and hosting on the boat. The boats are well maintained and I felt safe having the kids on there. We were 4 adults and 6 kids on 2 boats and usually I’m water anxious, but I felt completely safe taking the younger kids on the boats. They travel at a pace that feels fun but also relaxed in a good way. Totally worth the money-it felt affordable and I feel we got a lot for the price-We would do it again.“

“My family and I booked a reservation here. Gabby and the Chef went above and beyond our expectations! The service was amazing. Gabby was on top of it, answered all of our questions, and keep our drinks full. She was also serving all the other tables in the restaurant. She works very hard. The chef came to greet us after our table was set. He made sure all of our food was cooked to our liking. I cannot recommend this place more. Props to Gabby and the Chef. “I recently stopped by this cozy little tiki bar, and I have to say — what a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is fun and tropical, with bright décor and beachy vibes that make you feel like you’re on vacation.

It did take a little while to get seated since the space is pretty limited, and the initial wait for service was on the longer side. However, once we were greeted, our waiter was super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

The real star here, though, was the food — seriously impressive! Every dish we ordered was flavorful and beautifully presented, far better than I expected from such a small spot. Once we placed our order, the food actually came out surprisingly fast and piping hot.

Overall, despite the short wait and tight seating, the great service, tasty food, and chill island vibes made it a memorable experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for a little tropical getaway!“

The next day we returned and bought more ice cream, chocolates, and candy as souvenirs to take home to the kids. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Everyone was friendly and looked like they genuinely enjoyed their job. I love the decor too.“
