“Augie Conde and I stopped at THE CITRUS PLACE on our trip home from St Petersburg last week. It's a really cool old school Florida souvenir shop and citrus market. It's located on route 301 just off of the first exit from the southbound side of the Sunshine Skyway bridge. It's owned by Trish and Carole. They were so kind and generous sharing some wonderful items and memories with us. We bought some vintage Florida souvenirs and some old citrus packing bags. We also bought tropical citrus jelly and marmalade. We'll be bringing the vintage items to the next FLORIDIANA FEST that will be held February 20-21 at the Sarasota Fairgrounds Potter Building. We're looking forward to seeing you there ! We'll definitely be back soon !“

Tyler, Lorenzo, and the team kindly stayed late to serve us and even offered helpful recommendations since it was our first visit. Pistachio flavor is unreal. The texture is right, not too sweet, perfectly creamy, no artificial aftertaste, a little salty.
The service was also very nice and quick, even though this place gets very busy. Everything was nice and clean. Prices are reasonable. Will be back!“

“I discovered Hershey's ice cream a number of years ago and they are now just about the only place that you can get really good peach ice cream. Service was good prices are in line with other places, the location was easy to get to and clean.“

“This is the Best Fruit Stand in Tampa Bay! They have more Aguas Frescas than anyone else. They have every flavor you can think of. The Orange is my favorite because it is like orange juice times 10! So refreshing. They're strawberry and cream cups are better than Plant City! They can do any kind of juice that you want. Including green juices. They make a really good street corn. Elote both in a cup and on a stick. They're nachos are huge. Armando and Sandra will make anything for you they are Artists. They are so creative with fruit and vegetables. Always fresh 7 days a week inside the Oneco Farmers Market. This is my Favorite!“

“My daughter wanted an ice cream cake for her 8th birthday and I had a $5 off $25+ coupon for Cold Stone. We ordered a small round custom cake with white frosting. She loved being able to pick her mix-ins and cake flavor to make it exactly how she wanted. The cake was ready for pick-up at the expected time and only melted slightly at the bottom during transit, but the structure of the cake remained uncompromised. Not too bad considering we live on the east side of town. We all loved the cake, it was decorated nicely and the custom message was nearly done. They made sure to add plenty of mix-ins so there was candy in every bite. This was our first time trying an ice cream cake and we will be sure to do it again!“

“We are staying in Anna Maria and I wanted to get a nice ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday! I knew Baskin-Robbins was at the Dunkin place so I called on Friday hoping to get a cake for late Saturday or early Sunday. I was given the number for a different Baskin location and was told to ask for Theresa, the cake decorator. When I got Theresa on the phone and explained what I was looking for, she could not have been more helpful!! She was awaiting an ice cream delivery so she called me back later that day to give me the information I needed. I ended up ordering a chocolate cookie, Oreo fudge creation with chocolate ice cream. I told Theresa I wanted to get it at 7:15 AM on Sunday. She told me it would be there. She even called again on Saturday to confirm my choices. We got to Dunkin early and I honestly was BLOWN away that the cake was there !! It was so delicious that our entire “party” of 6 enjoyed it for two nights!! Theresa is an incredible asset to Baskin and does a GREAT job!!“

“Absolutely fantastic experience! I was the graduation coordinator for a local homeschool support group. I asked local business for donations to be included in the graduates gift bags. Coco Joes went above and beyond with their donations, blessing all of our graduates!!! Such a fun and unique atmosphere with amazing food and desserts!! “We used to enjoy Sweet Berries, dedpite habitually slow service. No more, after last night. We ordered soups & salads (most likely already prepared) to eat in, then sat & sat & sat while to-go orders were called - several of them had bern put in AFTER we had ordered. After half an hour my husband checked with them as to the status & was told it would be right up. More to-go orders were taken * filled, while we sat, waiting. We finally threw in the towel & demanded our money back & left. We won't ne back, and we will no longer recommend Sweet Berries to others.“

“Stopped in to get a milkshake. This is a little tucked away shop in front of a boat marina. Not much of a place,but the shakes were good. They have about a dozen different flavors. They do have a small outdoor porch to sit enjoy your shake, smoothie, or ice cream. If you like quaint little shops, check this place out.“
