“My better half found this gem while looking for unique places in town to eat. We visited Friday afternoon for brunch and definitely not disappointed in this gem. Google maps directed me to enter through a driveway before the actual entrance to the restaurant and took me on an adventure through an office plaza. I'm not sure what it was thinking but be aware Maps is wonky.

From the moment we stepped in and were greeted, we knew it was going to be great. The restaurant wasn't too busy at that hour (1pm'ish) so it's not surprising for that hour.

The menu was varied with many choices and almost overwhelmed is from the perspective that we wanted to try everything because it all was so interesting. Our server was probably one of the best we have had hands down. We are used to having servers that just seem like they are burned out and going through the motions but this was the total opposite.

We ordered the Mayas Special and Prosciutto Bites as appetizers, empanadas, and the Street Corn Tacos, with the coffee flan for dessert and Dalgona coffee.

I can't pick a favorite over the two appetizers they were both delicious. The two complement each other well.

The two empanadas were crispy, not soggy bottomed or greasy like some that I've had before. We ordered one chicken and a spinach & cheese. The spinach & cheese was our favorite as it's not typical where you mostly find meat filled. They do have a guava & cheese that sounded good as well. With just the right amount of filling so it's a good accompaniment to the two tacos which we shared. And there's a really tasty dipping sauce, similar to a green goddess sauce for those familiar with that

The chicken tacos though were amazing. It's an outer layer of delicious fried cheese over a soft shell with a generous amount of meat and cheese. I've had a lot of tacos but this was up there on my list of to 10.

For dessert, the coffee flan was delicious. A very authentic style flan, springy and not too dense, but also not too overly on the custard side that makes it jiggly. The hint of coffee is not overpowering and gives it a good flavor. The consistency and texture reminded me of my mom's flan which I absolutely loved.

Finished off the dessert with the Dalgona coffee which was well made, not too heavy on the coffee side and topped over iced milk which is how I make it at home.

Our server was very attentive and checked up on us to see how everything tasted, and made sure we had refills without having to run out which is too common at most places. If I have to ask for a refill after it sits empty too long, that's a minus. The owner(?) stopped my a few times to check on us as well.

Overall a great dining experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. We are sure to visit again because it's a really nice ambience with excellent service and food to match.

The restaurant itself is eclectic with walls adorned with artwork, painted floors and recycled furniture which added to the uniqueness of the place. It was fun to look around after we finished our meal. Definitely a nice place to enjoy a meal and talk without that feeling of being in a stuffy restaurant and being pressured to get moving so they can cycle through the next guests.

This one is a hidden but not so hidden gem we definitely recommend!“

“Cute little cafe near the Oviedo on the Lake area. The baristas are very skilled and trheur drinks are almost perfect each time. The Cafe bon bon and Lavender latte deserve a special mention the food is bistro style and although nothing spectacular, it doesn't disappoint.

The outdoor seating is shaded and on most days they have easels out for the kiddos. Makes for a perfect family hang“

They were kind enough to offer cold water and give us menus to figure out what we wanted before we entered. The food was worth the wait. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The mimosas on point the peach lavender and the citrus was delish. I ordered the mini pearl with a side of tots. Idk what they seasoned them tots with but they were totting for sure! That, the uncomfortable seats and the fact that the digital QR prices were higher than the prices on the paper menu were the only reason I gave them 4 stars. “The American Wagyu beef was so tender in flavorful bone broth pho with delicate fresh noodles. Absolutely delicious. Loved the boba tea and the tempora chicken appetizer had the lightest batter which is what tempora should be! Fresh, high quality ingredients made this dining experience such a treat. “Vespr Coffee Shop is one of my absolute faves in Orlando, hands down! The coffee here is amazing, and the best part is they sell the coffee grounds they use, so you can enjoy their incredible brews at home.

“We came here on a whim to have a birthday breakfast for my daughter and what a fantastic little cafe! The decor is inviting and soothing. The food menu is not super extensive but the specialty here is clearly their drinks! They offer a large variety of hot and cold drinks, coffees, teas, matcha, and some cultural rare finds! We were a party of six and were able to sit right away despite Sunday right before lunch. I got the golden latte which was delightful! It came with a beautiful design of cinnamon on top! I had never had that and really enjoyed it down to the last drop! Others in our party had black coffee with hazelnut, iced caramel macchiato, Turkish coffee and an iced matcha latte. Everyone was so happy with their drinks! I had the Persian chicken salad on white bread and it was just as tasty as it sounded! The chicken was tender and the flavor was divine! Our party ordered the turkey club, a turkey club on pita (they’ll do this for you), the chicken salad, a Cobb salad, and a beef gyro. The only item that didn’t look too impressive was the Cobb salad, mainly because there was so much lettuce (a plus) but appeared to be lacking enough hard boiled egg. It also did not come dressed but we asked for ranch which was brought out quickly. My MIL’s chicken salad looked hearty and fresh and she seemed to enjoy it. My husband received fresh house made tzatziki with his gyro and really enjoyed it. The server was super accommodating and patient with us, especially impressive as she seemed to be the only one “on the floor” serving the customer and making specialty drinks. After a little bit, we saw a couple of other employees, likely from the back, preparing food. So excited to have this gem so close to home and in our town that is otherwise flush with chains. We will surely be back to try some of the other menu items and just soak up the ambience!“

“We were looking for something different to do for breakfast and stumbled across this place on a Google search. The breakfast sandwich was good. I wanted to try something with the biscuits. You can tell the biscuits were fresh. It was a little dry for my taste, but with the yolk from the egg in the sandwich, it went well. The chicken and waffles were very tasty. It's one of those place you order at the counter, and they call your name when it's ready. The place was busy but not overly packed. We didn't wait long for our food. This particular location is in a nice plaza where you can walk around afterward. We enjoyed it and will return when in the area.“
