“Ive Never had a bad experience here! I usually dont leave reviews, but figured i owed it! I wento KeKes in Sun City, for the 1st time, I didn't even know there was 1, and the food was So Awful, I almost wrote Kekes off:( To make it worse, the manager tried to fix it...the pancake and potatoes were raw...2nd time out i just kept it..but it still was not good:( My grandson's fries...Awful..they did like the tenders. And for such an awful experience, the manager could have been friendlier. He wasn't rude, I did not ask for a discount...but he gave me the indication that me asking would have led to an even Worse experience.
I said ALL of this in hopes that it keeps Cooper Creek in business! And Sun City respects an Honest review and does better“

Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“

“Restaurant is beautiful. You don't feel like you're in a mall. Our only hiccup: we had two large tables in our party. One sat by the bar, one sat by the kitchen. The server for the by the bar table was the best. Fast service, very attentive, great food, separate checks no problem. The server by the kitchen was great until he said he couldn't do separate checks. We sought a second opinion from a manager since it was just completed with no difficulty by a server. The manager provided some backend info and lack of communication on their part reasoning, but none of it rang true because of the separate check experience with our other table. Equally upsetting is that the manager seemed to be scolding the server who did our separate checks with no issue. In the end after about a 20 minute delay, we were able to do separate checks, but the way in which it was handled needs to be improved.“

“Everything about the restaurant was great. Our server Jaslyn was very attentive and ensured we got our meals exactly how we wanted them. The allowed us to change our sides with the bay back ribs which were really delicious. When we were leaving one of my friends accidentally dropped her passport and we were travelling early the next day. The restaurant called us and notified us and we were able to return and retrieve it. That saved us a lot of anxiety and stress. Overall a great experience and we will definitely return again.“

“Man, what a find! I was driving around after a brutal early morning of Amazon deliveries (you know how it is!), and I was seriously craving some good grits. I actually Googled "grits near me," which is how I stumbled upon this place. I'd seen a review that mentioned "classic diner vibes," and that totally sold me. Walking in, it was like stepping into a different world although it's a bit dated, everyone was so friendly – not just the staff, but the other customers too! I got a bunch of "good mornings" from complete strangers, which was honestly so refreshing. It felt like a real community, a family kind of atmosphere. My server was a total sweetheart. She knew the menu like the back of her hand and was super helpful in guiding me to the perfect breakfast. I ordered the Chuckwagon with eggs over medium, pan sausage, home fries and a side of cheese grits. My server even pointed out a way I could save a few bucks, which I really appreciated. It's awesome when servers are that considerate. The food came out fast and was exactly what I was hoping for – hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I got over-medium eggs and grits, and when I poured the grits over my eggs, my server gave me a knowing look and said, "Now that's how you do it – the classic Southern way!" That just made my day. It brought back all these memories of having breakfast with my grandparents – those classic diner breakfasts that just feel like home. It was a real nostalgia trip. Seriously, the whole experience was just what I needed – good food, good people, and a great atmosphere. It just felt… good. I did notice the prices were a little higher than what I saw in some older menu pics online, but honestly, with everything going on these days, it's not surprising. Even with the slightly higher prices, I absolutely loved this place. I'm definitely going back soon. It's the perfect spot for a comforting, classic breakfast that just hits the spot.“

Well flipping through the adds attached to the table flip add list, we showed it and she said she would have to speak to her manager. She returned saying they can honor it. “First time coming here. We were seated right away. We were greeted by our server Ora, who was very pleasant. The food was good. Nice atmosphere. We will definitely come back again.
The only reason we didn't give five stars, was because of the manager. He came out several times seemingly checking on the table next to us. But didn't say hello or inquire about how things were going with us. He just seemed to be selective about who he spoke to. Not good customer service.“

“I would ride my bike up when I was little just to eat hotdogs. Then in high school( Southwest) we would run to our cars to get there first to eat lunch. Just before the Columbus boys would come in. then as a Metro Dade Police Officer i would go by when i could .still love the place .“

“I had the best service from Nicole made me feel at home she was on point with everything. Nicole also recommended some delicious wings smoked lemon pepper buffalo fire. Only thing I didn’t like was the smoke, I’m a smoker but when I’m eating I don’t like to be breathing others smoke while eating it’s not appetizing.“
