It’s loaded with a mild dill pickle that adds to the texture of the cuban seasoned meat. This is crack for lovers of Cuban food and who would have thought after visiting the store many times and never noticing until local referred me.“

“While all servers here are excellent, we adore when we get Mikey as our server. His memory is wild and his service is always perfect. He anticipates our needs before we even realize we have them. Always pleased when we get seated in section. This place always has amazing service and wonderful food. One of our favorite places.“

“Had lunch there on 2/18/25. Had the lasagna, presentation was great with fresh basil on top, plenty of meat and sauce. served the way my Nonni would serve it in a big bowl. Bread was fresh and had a nice texture with some crunch. Service was great with such a large party inside.“

“Waited at least 20 minutes for a table outside. They were crowded as usual. Waited 5 minues for Jennifer to bring us coffee and water. She said she'd be right back for order. 15 minutes later others were seated, and actually served. Our waitress rook the order fir a couple who had just been seated and then took ours. I complained to the hostess who took off our coffees. The waitress apologized for serving the other couple first. She didn't understand that we had waited an additional 20 minutes to PLACE our order. I never complain, I've been wait staff. The wait staff there has always been fabulous until today. She is clueless.“

“I have spent 36 of my 49 years in FL. I personally think that Florida is way better than every other state, except for a few "up north foods". Bagels don't ever measure up... UNTIL SATURDAY. We had a birthday brunch, and we bought bagels from Cafe Bagel !Absolutely delicious. Chewy, like up north, but also with that nice "crisp" bite. I'm so excited about finding this place, especially since the prices are great too. I HIGHLY recommend!“

“We haven't been to Salty Dog Venice in a while, so we stopped by when we saw they had live music. Great evening! Talented musician and great outdoor marina vibe. My meal was good. I had the grilled mahi sandwich. However, I could have done without the giant bun. Maybe a thinner one— let the mahi speak for itself. They should also hire a couple more servers. Service was slow. We will be back for more fun tho! 🏝️😃🐾“

So my tuna had no lettuce or tomato and there was about a teaspoon of tuna and on two bagel bottoms with no top. My wife’s plain chicken salad came with a normal amount of chicken salad but with lettuce and tomato and on all tops.“

“What an unexpected delight! Delicious fish and loved that they had malt vinegar with it! A little disappointed they served steak fries instead of English chips but everything was excellent. Wish we had more nights to try some of the other English dishes. The Ole Smoky Old fashioned was also superb. And what a fun way to present with the burnt cedar. After she got off the phone I asked if we could please sit outside and she said “ do you really want to do that I would have to move a table” She then said I have you set up in the back and led me to the back and walked away and said ya great in a smart manor. She was walking around talking to everyone so she must be some kinda lead I wouldn’t even call her a manager but yeah with that interaction me and my 350$ dinner bill will not be back.“

“I've stayed at this hotel twice now when I come to visit my husband's family. It's honestly a super convenient location close to all the things we like to do, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the amenities and outdoors of this hotel are great. The rooms definitely could use a good refresh they are getting very worn and are looking dingy and dirty. I stayed in a holiday inn the night before on our way traveling to Venice and for less money we had a way nicer room much, much better. For this I cannot leave a full 5 star review but we do love staying here so i think 4 stars is fair.“
