Mom's steak and cheese bowl was so good with plenty of meat. My prime rib sandwich was to die for. No lie. The actual best sandwich I've ever had. Sweet potato fries made perfectly. Clam chowder bowls were good. Not a fan of the bacon in them.. but still good!! Both of us being from Cape .. a good chowder is the place to be. “I love this place! I've visited for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals were great! The service is so warm and prompt. If I lived closer I would be here several times a week. My favs so is the fried chicken! Seasoned well. Ive tried biscuits and gravy, breakfast bowl and smothered pork chops! I would eat any of those meals again. The owners are great! “We had dinner at Siegfried's Restaurant on Feb. 26th - our third meal there and we always leave with big smiles on our faces. The schnitzel and sauerbraten are both excellent, as are the sides and desserts. The staff is warm and engaging and we were so happy to meet and speak with the chef/owner. The restaurant is in one of the cozy-looking cottages on Fruitville Rd and is the perfect setting for this authentic German restaurant. Be sure you make a reservation and be prepared to enjoy a fantastic German meal!“

“Went there Sunday night, with a large party for a birthday. Our waiter was on point. I made a joke as to the screw up on food, seeing I have no filter, not sure if it was taken wrong. However, it was made right, bit it was disappointing that the original steak I ordered was medium rare and the second one arrived well done. Again the service was accommodating, yet by this time everyone else was finishing up with dessert. I will love to go back, and i will. The only downfall was that my entree was a special and not served all the time. Hence the 4 stars on communication and delivery of food. BTW, the bacon and eggs was delicious and will order again.“

“My wife and I are both Key Lime Pie fanatics. We have had it all over the Keys and S Florida and we both agree that Flo's, hands down, is the best we have ever had. I cant wait to get back to Sarasota to get another one!
We were staying in Venice and went out to eat in Sarasota and saw the sign on 41 in our way to the restaurant.
After dinner, I checked their website to see what time they closed. We would barely make it. I called and told them I needed a pie but might not make it by closing. The young man assured me it would be waiting at the register at whatever time we arrived. True to his word, he had it ready and waiting 5 minutes after closing when I arrived.
