“I had to wait 30 mins to get my food on my hour break to get back to work 10 mins later to find that my chili cheese fries that I paid extra for has the nacho cheese sauce that I specifically asked for them to not put on. On top of that, they tried to hand me my fries without my burger. A waste of my time.
Edit : I changed it to a 4 star since I spoke to the manager Kelly. She fixed the issue and stated she will take care of me the next visit.“
“As a fast food restaurant, they exceed the expectation I look for. I took my 85+ year old parents for lunch. I handle them well, but the care we received was above and beyond anything we could have expected. I didn't get names, but thank you“
