“Great place to sit back and relax, mingle and an ample selection of wines. Very friendly atmosphere and reminds me of Cheers as everyone knows your name and new connections are easily made.“
“Best bartenders and nice owner ! So fun! Allows cute dogs in the bar ❤️ no pizza though 🤭“
“Nice bar, good atmosphere. Big Troy is a legend.“
“The Green Cabin Room is a small bar on the second floor off the lobby of Disney's Vero Beach Resort. It has a loyal following. For our April 2024 visit, the bar opened at 5PM. There was a line, but we easily got seating. There's tables, bar seating, high tops, and outdoor seating on an oceanview balcony. Standard Disney Resorts bar menu, full bar, and specialty drinks are available. Friendly service. Amazing views! There is trivia and mixology classes offered, too! Highly recommended!“
“This small bar punches above its weight! My friend and I came in on a Wednesday night with little to no expectations - just wanted a couple of quiet cocktails and weren’t prepared for how much fun we were going to have!
No pretentiousness, just a great bartender who was chatty with some awesome stories - a great mix of people, and even a couple of dogs. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Seeing a lot of reviews calling it a dive bar - I’d say there are some dive bar aesthetics for sure, but this place is in great shape and attracts a pretty diverse crowd. Great times and will for sure be back.“
“Great place with a huge bar to hang out at. Lots of colorful characters…. Gay and lesbian friendly from what I could see and a must visit for any ITB employees to visit because they get a decent percentage off their bills. So bring a paycheck stub or show up in uniform and don’t spend ALL Your tip money getting plastered!“
“Dom's Bar was the destination for a night cap after some exploring in Vero, and what a cool vibe! Cheap drinks, loud customers (not in a bad way - everyone was just enjoying themselves), and good tunes. Super eclectic mix of clientele, and I can easily say that this is probably the only time I've ever seen a dog legitimately sitting at the bar ready to be served. The good boy (or good girl) didn't seem to mind that I snapped a pic - and for that I'm grateful.
Definitely a Road House feel to it - and has the decor to match.
Parking: It's in a strip mall off of Old Dixie - very easy to park here.“
“We had Your Barmate host at our two wedding receptions. The morning was a little bit slower with about 15 family members but they all loved our bartender Antonio. I think they even invited him over to their house! He made sure to say goodbye to everyone individually at the end. He came back later that evening to do a bigger party of about 50. He kept up with the crowds, made his own drink specials, and everyone absolutely loved him there, too! Shawn has been so easy to communicate with as I’ve changed my plans a few times and she’s been committed through it all! They have an awesome set up, too. We will definitely use them again for another big event!“

“Met some of the family that owns this fantastic restaurant on Saturday night. We had a date night and dinner at the intimate small bar with Cullen (bartender). We started by sharing a bowl of Sebastian Stew one of their all-time favorite most popular dishes. Then hubby had a bacon burger and I had the stacked delicious pork sandwich with bacon, coleslaw & much more. I tried the collaboration beer made by Dogfish (Grateful Dead pale ale) which was on tap. Hubby had bottled Coors light. Bartender very friendly and attentive and proud of his family restaurant- Rightly so!! Highly recommend…“

“I ate there last night on recommendation from y’all on another post. And it definitely did not disappoint!! Had the fisherman’s basket so I would get a taste of a few of their items. Oh! My! Goodness! Scallops cooked to perfection, shrimp cooked to perfection (very, very lightly breaded) and don’t even start regarding the fried oysters, melt in your mouth awesomeness!! Fish and the fries were amazing as well!! Awesome spot!!“

“Armani's Cucina 1920 14th Ave. Vero Beach, FL 32960 5 Stars In the mood for some 5-star food, I reset the parameters on my random name generator to the more food-friendly climes of Indian River County. The closer one gets to a big city in the Sunshine State, the better the food. Go figure. Paris is our service professional, and let me tell you, the stars and planets really aligned for this meal. Paris is an outstanding member of the team and one thing you don't normally see is good food with good service. Usually, the better the food, the worse the service. I'm not exactly sure of the correlation here, but I do have a few theories worthy of a dissertation or two. I put in an order for Kerry's Steak Marsala, the Pear & Gorgonzola Fiocchi and the Polpo alla griglia with a side of Asiago garlic bread. Enjoying the warmth of the place, I snapped a few pics and soon witnessed Paris returning with my order. Keeping the phone out, I quickly took some pics of the cuisine and eagerly dug in. The aromas emanating from the plates laid out before me were mesmerizing to the food inspired. Before digging in, know that I do not hide behind a screen of fustian and fluffery. For those reviews, see the now defunct Florida Today food section. What I write is what I got. I don't care if they like it, you like it, or the President likes it. Someone needs to tell it like it is. First up on my no-holds-barred palate was Kerry's Steak Marsala. I am a huge fan of anything Marsala as it is quick, flavorful and adds a splash of gourmet to any protein if done correctly. And this? This was done superbly. The chef took a medium-grade hunk of cow flesh, cooked it to a perfect medium rare, and nailed the Marsala sauce. If there was any minus to his production, it was the casting of canned mushrooms instead of fresh ones. Not my choice, but acceptable in this sauce. Forcing my fork to move on, I turned my taste buds toward the Pear & Gorgonzola Fiocchi. As the flavors exploded on my tongue like so many pop-rocks of days gone by, I had to close my eyes to truly savor this divine moment. This dish was bursting with flavor and an absolute out-of-the-park home run. This brings me to the final dish ordered today (I'm pretty sure I will be back) the Polpo alla griglia. I admit this is a more advanced dish, if only for the visual, than your average Italian fare, but it is one of my favorites. Once again, our James Beard impersonator in the back was obviously taking his job very seriously as this was exceedingly exquisite and obviously prepared with love. I would be remiss if I failed to mention the side of Asiago garlic bread. One bite and I knew the bread person was on the same page as the head chef. This was to die for. It's sad that we have to leave Brevard County to experience dining of this level, but here it is, right next to my #1 Breakfast place in Florida. It is what it is. The Big Boy says, “Come here and taste fantastic Italian food—food that does not exist in Bree-vard.”“

“May have been one of the best dinners we have had in a long time. The atmosphere is tranquil and soothing. The staff is incredible and very friendly. Our waitress, Chelsea, was the highlight of the evening — warm, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a perfect meal. The meal exceeded our expectation. The swordfish was so fresh and tasted amazing as was the skirt steak Cuban style. Desert made the night with their flourless chocolate cake and espresso gelato. If you’re looking for amazing food and even better service, this is the place.“

“An amazing experience! The dining room was freezing, which forced us outside where it was warmer. An Event next store created an amazing ambiance with great music. The food was amazing, scallops and tuna slaw dishes. Cobalt never seems to disappoint! Another great experience!“

“🧜♀️✨ Raving Recommendation: The Kilted Mermaid ✨🧜♀️ If you’re looking for a place that actually embodies community, inclusivity, good vibes, and zero tolerance for bigotry — get yourself to The Kilted Mermaid in Vero Beach. 🌈🍻 This isn’t just a bar. It’s a safe haven, a local treasure, and a technicolor rebellion against hate in heels and a kilt. Drag shows? Yes. Live music? Yes. Eclectic art? Yes. Raging moral panic? Not welcome. While certain folks (cough Jennifer Pippin cough) are busy pearl-clutching and falsely accusing Kilted Mermaid of corrupting the youth, the rest of us are having a blast supporting small business, celebrating queer joy, and drinking craft beer with glitter in our souls. 💃 The performances are electric. 🧀 The food? Next-level grilled cheese. 🎭 The crowd? Diverse, friendly, and fiercely supportive. The Kilted Mermaid is what Florida should be — weird, welcoming, and full of heart. So whether you’re there for drag brunch, live jazz, or just to stick it to the pearl-clutching hypocrisy machine — we fully recommend it, fruit and all. 🍓🫐🍊 #FloridaFruitLoopApproved #KiltedMermaidMagic #SupportLocalLoveLoud #SatireSassAndSunshine #DragIsNotTheDanger #GoodVibesOnlyVero“
