“Emmy is amazing! In a world like ours where customers service often times feel like a thing of the past, she is a ray of sunshine. She greeted me when I walked in with the most genuine smile. She was very nice and polite from the moment I walked inside to the moment I left. She is a natural treasure!“

“Amazing for sweet lovers, but highly addictive! 🍦🔥

Cold Stone is hands down one of the best ice cream shops out there. The prices are totally reasonable considering the quality you get, and the flavor options are incredible. If you have a sweet tooth, this is absolute paradise! Just a friendly heads-up: it gets seriously addictive, so watch out for those extra pounds at the end of the month! That being said, while the ice cream is top-tier, I have to be honest and say this specific location isn't among my personal favorite spots of the franchise. Still, definitely worth a visit if you need a sugar rush!“

“Hands down my favorite location! 🍦🍫✨

This is officially one of my absolute favorite Cold Stone spots. The staff here is the best you will find across any location; everyone is incredibly attentive and dedicated to their customers. Both the owner and the employees are wonderful people who show so much care and devotion to what they do. Huge shoutout to them, and of course, to the dark chocolate with Oreo mix—it's unbeatable! God bless them always. They truly deserve all the success!“

“Thank you Ingrid for making my 30th birthday cake and cupcakes! I’ve never had a professional cake made before and this exceeded my expectations. First off, Ingrid was patience with me in my decision making for the cake flavors and design. She was accommodating when I had to modify for allergies. Overall, great cake, very beautiful presentation, and I highly recommend.“

“I ordered a cake from Alejandra and it was a total hit! People came up to me saying it was the best cake they had eaten in years, even those that weren’t chocolate people, devoured the cake. I’m officially a returning customer and couldn’t recommend her more highly. Her communication was impeccable and delivered EXACTLY what I asked for, even better! Thank you, Alejandra!“

“Great baked goods for any occasion! Lidu is a great person, and does amazing deliveries too!!! Never fails, always great tasting, delicious pastry and deserts!!! ❤🔥⭐“

“Sin duda alguna les recomiendo Cake art. De las mejores experiencias de mi vida. Las clases son maravillosas y aprendes el arte de la pastelería desde cero. Los profesores son los mejores y en general todos son increíbles personas. La tienda está súper linda y muy bien surtida, encuentras todo lo que necesitas en un solo lugar. Y el éxito de cualquier negocio es también que sus dueños se encuentren ahí, siempre dispuestos a colaborarte!!!!“

“Absolutely delightful! From the very first bite, this cake took me straight back to my childhood days. The flavors, the texture, everything felt so familiar and comforting. You can truly taste the love and care that goes into every detail. It’s rare to find something that not only satisfies your sweet tooth but also fills your heart with memories. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates authentic, homemade goodness. Oct. 26th, 2025 at Miami Airport.“

“Madelyn was very helpful in accommodating my order with only 1 day prior notice. Her cake was highly recommended, so even though I am not a lover of sweets, I wanted a special cake for my dad's 90th birthday. Everyone who had a slice loved the flavor & texture, claiming it was the most delicious cake they ever had. I will definitely order again from Madelyn's Cakes.“
