“The original cuban pizza that miamians have come to love. It's not fancy in anyway, but it's made with love and hasn't changed in 15 years, prob more. Pizza, spaghetti and shakes is what they are known for, not sure about anything else on the menu. Staff is loving ❤️“

“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

“I recently visited Pummarola and had a pretty good overall experience.

One thing I really liked is that you can watch them make your pizza right in front of you. They prepare it fresh, slide it into the oven, and it’s ready in about 7–10 minutes. While we were waiting, there were several to-go orders being called out, which shows it’s definitely a popular spot.

The food is fresh, which is a big plus. I ordered the veggie pizza, and while it was nicely made, it was a bit bland — it tasted mostly like tomato sauce on dough with just a few vegetables. The chicken pizza we ordered had more flavor and was more satisfying overall. Prices are reasonable for freshly made pizza.

The restaurant has colorful, Italian, pizza-themed décor that gives it a fun atmosphere. There’s outdoor seating available, and free parking in the shared strip mall lot, which makes it convenient. They also offer pizza-making classes, which looks like a really cool experience.

One thing to note: if you need to use the restroom, you have to exit through a back door and walk down a hallway shared by other eateries in the strip. You’ll need a code to access the bathroom door.

The staff weren’t overly friendly, but they were kind and efficient.

“This is by far the best pizza in the neighborhood and, I would venture to guess, most neighborhoods. However, that’s only part of why we come here every chance we get. The service here is absolutely top tier, so friendly but not at all intrusive. Nailis is a wonderful server and always so attentive to my kids which makes them feel so special. If you are between a couple of spots trust me this is the one!“

“Luissell and her team were absolutely PERFECT for our rehearsal dinner. We got married at the Ritz in Key Biscayne, after a COVID-canceled Amalfi Coast wedding. We wanted a casual and friendly trattoria feel for our rehearsal dinner, similar to the welcome pizza party we had planned in Ravello. Luissell delivered. She helped set up all of the decorations without hesitation. In fact, when I arrived to deliver them 3 days before our wedding, my maid of honor had just tested positive for covid and couldn’t attend our wedding. Luissell was patient and kind to me. The food, service and ambiance at our rehearsal dinner was exceptional and exceeded every expectation. Luissell and her staff went above and beyond to make my husband and I, our 80+ year old parents and all of our guests feel special. The chef is a culinary genius. The staff is well trained and very good at their craft. The food, pizza, wine and price point is perfectly on point. Portions are huge and delicious. And the warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere is something that I still go back to as often as I can. Don’t underestimate the magic of this corner spot!“

“We ordered a cheese pizza, chicken parm pizza, and 6 meatballs on the side. The pizza was perfection - flaky crust, delicious sauce and amazing, melty cheese. Chicken parm pizza was generously loaded with fresh ingredients. The sauce the meatballs came in was soooo good (we kept dipping the parm pizza in it). Friendly, warm and attentive service, with a nice outdoor seating area. Wonderful experience. My family of 6 all ate (with some leftovers, and a liter soda) for $74.“

“After a fiasco with our first pizza vendor eight weeks before the big day (and two days before the venue’s deadline), Piacere Pizza saved us! The catering manager, Jiselle, went over the top, even working through Labor Day weekend to make my daughter’s dream wedding reception a reality. Our venue required vendor approval, and she was on top of that at every stage. Her communication throughout was excellent. Most of all, the food! Wow. Gourmet pizza (Tartufo and Pepperoni hot honey), special burrata salad, rosemary focaccia appetizer, Nutella dessert pizza. A roaring fire in the mobile pizza oven. All under the twinkly lights – the night proved festive and, thanks to Piacere, so delicious. Thank you, Jiselle, for all of your hard work, patience, and kindness throughout. “Gordo was our server , Lizan was the cook. From the friendly service provided by Gordo, to the delicious and fresh food prepared by Lizan. Every thing was definitely a 10 out of 10. Gordo provided us with plates and napkins for the car ride withoutus having to ask. I got the 5.99 two pizza slice special and not only is it affordable but also DELICIOUS.“

From the very first bite, you can taste the difference in quality—especially knowing they use fresh dough imported from Italy. I’ve tried several of their pizzas, and each one has been consistently delicious. The crust is easily one of the best I’ve had in Miami—beautifully balanced, not too thick, not too thin, and baked to perfection. The toppings are fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully combined. You can tell they don’t cut corners.

Their sandwiches are just as impressive. The bread has that same incredible texture, and everything inside tastes fresh and perfectly seasoned. Whether you’re going for something classic or a specialty option, you really can’t go wrong.

Beyond the food, the service has been amazing every time. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. Even when the restaurant is busy, they handle everything with professionalism and warmth.

It’s rare to find a place that delivers this level of consistency, quality, and hospitality. After four visits, I can confidently say this spot is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Miami.
