“PRISCILLA! The BEST waitress I have ever had. I was shocked that competent and friendly waitresses exist after having bad experiences eating out, as of late, with other waitresses. She waited on our table and it was a group of 20 with about 10 eight year-old children. She was friendly to all of us and really connected with all the adult guests at the table. Plus, her customer service was 10/10. Each time I go back to Miami Lakes Ale House, I am asking for her. Also, the manager on staff and other waitress were so accommodating to the kids, even hanging a “Happy Birthday” banner for us, singing “Happy Birthday” and giving each of the children lollipops. “I've driven by Pinch Kitchen several times and have thought "I want to check it out". I finally did and was so glad! I've already come back twice in two weeks so that should tell you how good it is! It's a cute spot by the Miami Shores area with convenient free parking in the back. You have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, as well as at the bar area. The staff is super kind and provides good service. We ordered the Mahi Mahi sandwich - it comes on a brioche bun with pikliz, tomato, lettuce and a side of house made fries. This sandwich is perfectly delicious and the fries are so so fresh. I ordered a side of garlic aioli which was also tasty. We also ordered the broccolini. It is one of the best broccolini's I've had. The flavors with the fresh garlic and balsamic is amazing. We've gotten an IPA and a gin cocktail before and both have been really good. I love the decor and layout of the restaurant. It truly makes it welcoming and comfortable. They also offer brunch during the weekends which I want to try! Prices are fair and portions are good. You can really taste how fresh everything is. “We visited Wicked Bread today for the first time after seeing it on Instagram. We drove about an hour and 20 minutes to get there and it was so worth it. The bread is the best cinnamon bread we have ever had! Dollywood in Pigeon Forge is very famous for their cinnamon bread and I love theirs but Wicked Bread is far more delicious. To my surprise he overheard me and chimed in to let me know how they rotate the salmon often and we hit it off right away. I went there 2 weeks ago because I found out that they make J*** Pork on Saturdays and even though it's a long drive for me, I figured I would go since it was the weekend. The young lady at the register was really nice and I ordered the J*** Pork with Rice & Peas and Oxtail gravy. I wanted to also order the Stew Peas, but I don't like reheated Jamaican food, so I passed on ordering it that day. What I found unusual was that, not only did they put the gravy on the rice for me, but she also offered a little container of extra gravy to go....that is so unheard of, especially in the chain restaurants. I really enjoyed the food because there wasn't all fatty pieces of pork, which I know a lot of people like, but I would rather a mix of both. It was around $10 which is a good price for the portion that I got. There was a nice stream of customers who came in while I was there, and most seemed to be regulars. It was a really nice experience and I will definitely be back!!“
