I believe her name was Alana....she was so sweet over the phone and instantly made me feel better about my situation. Thanks Subway, that's why you'll always be #1 in my eyes...of course being able to get oil and NO vinegar helps! Lol. (I wonder why all the other sub places make you get oil & vinegar...I like oil and detest vinegar.)“

“It's a really clean place. From the moment I walked in I could tell that they take care of the place. Love the fact that the food is covered. I have been to many subways but this one is worth leaving a review. Customer service is fast and clean. I had a Tuna with tomatoes and onions. Lovey simple tuna on Italian herb and cheese bread. My wife had a Roasted chicken sandwich. Although they do not carry BBQ sauce my wife loved the sandwich. Thank you for your service this morning. I am a happy person. :)“

“Subway came along was since they removed the plastic from their breads, corporate is still anti vets and Americans but since they have private owners as well who pay a franchise fee.. I'm hoping to see some of the discontinued items return back around for a limited time...“

“I had them cater for a group of 60 during Covid. They made up 60 box lunches and Shannon went above and beyond by marking on the outside of the boxes what type of bread and cheese were on each sandwich. Well definitely use them again. Kudos to Shannon and your team!!“

“Today was the absolute best experience here of all the Firehouse stores I've been to. Fast order, great food but what put it over the top was Kaizear. We got an awesome Welcome to Firehouse. We decided to eat our carry out at one of the tables and he saw us and brought 2 trays out. You do not see that kind of attentiveness often. Hats off to this young man!!!!“

“Tesha is always on point! Subs are always perfect, shes always got great customer service and a smile. The young guy who works in the evening rushes, doesn't spread the meat out. Everything is always falling out of it. Over all a pretty good subway though“

“Shannon has come into this location on Guava in Lady Lake and turned it around. The last 3 months at that location were horrible, but now it is now great! They have also switched to Pepsi products and made sure that the bread, meat, and vegetables are fresh!“
