“Garcia’s Bakery is a charming mom-and-pop establishment that specializes in authentic Mexican and South American baked goods. Wimauma is located in the corner of Hillsborough County, it's a perfect spot to enjoy savory food alongside delicious baked pastries, including large cookies, donuts, and other delightful treats. During my visit for breakfast, I ordered a potato and Mexican sausage taco, as well as a bacon, egg, and beans taco. The homemade tortillas truly stood out; you can definitely taste the difference compared to store-bought ones. I was with four friends, and we were patiently served by the cashier, who ensured that our orders were accurate and that everyone was taken care of. We decided to dine in, and since Wimauma is such a small town, we even recognized some of the incoming customers, which added to the family-style atmosphere. After enjoying our breakfast, we spent some time chatting without being disturbed by the staff. It felt like they genuinely appreciated our presence. Overall, we had a wonderful time enjoying authentic food and connecting with the community.“

“We just moved to the area and I needed to find a Thai restaurant to rival my old favorite. I found it!! Don't let the simple atmosphere deter you. the food was fantastic. We got salad with peanut dressing, chicken panang curry, beef pad Thai and chicken fried rice. All exceded our hopes. We got thr fried bananas with coconut icecream for dessert. Our server, Louie, was a gem!!! Tanya, one of the owners came to greet and chat with us and was incredibly kind and interested in knowing if we were satisfied. “After 3 nights with no electricity, really needed a good, hot meal. We are new to the area and had not eaten at Apollo Beach Diner, but they were one of only a few places open. We expected it to be jammed, and it was, but the staff handled everything with expertise, and it was a most pleasant experience. We will be back....hard to find good service even under normal conditions, and they provided great service under unusual conditions. And the food was good too!“

I don’t know if it was the Angus Beef, the DELICIOUS smoked bacon that was cooked with the ends crispy and blackened, or the delicious grilled onions and mushrooms. “Found this hidden gem on the way to a friend's place! We ordered a Mexican roll, General Tso chicken, and the Korean bulgogi beef. All of the dishes were delicious and I was absolutely blown away with how the bulgogi came SIZZLING to our table! Our server was fast and brought us everything we wanted in a timely manner. If you're looking for some yummy Asian cuisine and you're in the area, this is the place to go!“

“LI JUST FINISHED EATING THE PULLED PORK PLATTER AND IT MADE ME CURSE THEM OUT! I am extremely picky about pulled pork and baked beans coming from Alabama. This place {{{Knocked it out of the park}}}! I simply don’t care for BBQ in the Tampa Bay Area because most of the time is simply not good or a chain that is inconsistent. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP BY AND GOVERNMENT THEM A CHANCE. I was watching them make sample platters with brisket, chicken, pork, ribs and everything was looking incredible. “Love the comfy chairs at the Riverview location! I came in for a solo breakfast and great service by Hunter even before I sat at the table. Once the hostess took me to my table I let her know I needed to use the restroom and by the time I got back Hunter already had a Glass of ice water and coffee at the table which I really thought was great since sometimes you have to wait a bit for just a glass of water. I spent 19 years in hospitality mainly managing and I watched Hunter interact with his tables and I can see Hunter is a great server; anticipating guest needs, making genuine connections and food suggestions. After COVID the hospitality industry has been having a rough time finding good workers and I think this location nailed it with Hunter.“

I ordered something new this time, I got the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger, 10/10 recommend, very tasteful and juicy. and it was well worth the trip and the price was right. They have a lunch menu and their hibachi lunch is $13.95- include chicken (my choice), vegetables, soup or salad, and fried rice. For was good and it felt like a dinner sized portion. There was enough to have another full meal. My sister got the poke bowl which as also $13.95 and said it was delicious. Very generous with the tuna and salmon.

“I order online and use the drive thru. They have very limited seating anyhow. Drive thru is a nice convenience however, they share a parking lot with BubbaQue's bbq place so keep that in mind and watch for drive thru signs. Food is always fresh and ready when i get there. I recommend.“
