“I must say this location left a lasting impression! We’ve been to other First Watch restaurants before, but this one truly stood out for its attention to detail, warm hospitality, and how well they handled every part of our visit.

One of the biggest challenges I usually face when dining out for breakfast or brunch is getting my eggs cooked “medium” a seemingly simple request that rarely comes out right. Too often, the yolk is completely cooked through or the whites are left too soft and runny, which can really throw off the meal. But here? They nailed it. The eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, with a nice runny center and fully cooked whites—just how I like them. It might seem like a small thing, but for me, it’s a huge deal and a rare win in breakfast dining. I genuinely appreciated the kitchen staff for taking the time to get it right.

We also tend to order quite a bit of food—yes, there were only two of us, but we love to sample a variety of dishes. Because of that, we usually ask for a booth and a large table so everything fits comfortably. I know some places can be a bit resistant to this when it’s just two people, but the staff here was extremely accommodating. They kindly asked us to wait for a booth to open, and even though we expected it might take a while, it was ready in less than five minutes. That little gesture made a big difference, and it set the tone for what turned out to be an absolutely pleasant dining experience.

Throughout the meal, the service continued to shine. Everyone we interacted with from the host to the server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a great experience for us. It’s that kind of customer service that truly sets a place apart.

The food overall was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed every bite, and the relaxed, clean, and well-lit dining area made for a perfect brunch setting. The booth was comfy, the coffee flowed easily, and we never felt rushed.

This First Watch location just gets it right from the kitchen staff who respect how you want your food prepared, to the front-of-house team who go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and accommodated. It’s rare to find a place that checks all the boxes, but this one does.

“I only order the chicken wild rice soup. After getting home with it today, it was completely watered down and had hardly anything in it. So I basically paid $8 for a cup of chicken broth. I gave 2 stars because I've had soup here before which was good, but why a manager would allow this soup to pass. I won't be going here any longer. Sad as I see all the recent reviews stating how quality is going down.EDIT: Perhaps the manager listened. Soup is much thicker, food has been tasting much better here. Changing my 2 star rating to a 5. Hopefully keep up the good work.??“

“We love Olivia’s. The fried chicken is the best on Disney property and def beats chef Art Smiths. Crunchy and not delicious. The prime rib is also amazing. Juicy, cooked perfect and not much fat. My only complaint is there use to be a nice red wine sauce with horse radish sauce for the prime rib. They have taken this off the menu and replaced it with chimichurri sauce. Chefs at Olivia’s who eats Chimichurri on prime rib? You totally missed the mark and took away from your delicious prime rib. Please bring back the wine sauce. You are failing your customers.“

“Don't let everyone know, but if you're needing a break from the parks or just quiet, this is a nice place to treat yourself to a great cup of coffee or cappuccino...or any number of caffeinated beverages. A few choice pastries are available also.“

“No direct entrance from the side facing the main street. If you go around the building, the patio entrance faces the large parking lot. Lots of seating space inside and some outside. Comfortable. Specialty includes chai/coffee with torched whipped cream and brown sugar. You get coffee, fat, and sugar in one cup so it's rather rich. Several baked goods including pies, and also has wine. They have a small kitchen to make sandwiches etc.“

“This place is known for their mac and cheeses. There is no mobile order here so you do have to stand in a traditional line to order. We ordered the barbacoa mac and cheese and the pulled pork mac and cheese. Both were tasty but fine. We actually prefer the pulled pork mac from flame tree barbeque. It comes with an onion ring and more sauce and more meat and tastes better. If you are wanting a specific mac and cheese, you can come here, otherwise, order the pulled pork mac from flame tree barbeque right next door. Tip, take your food right across the way and down into a large seating area behind flame tree barbeque. You can typically find an area to yourself. Also if you go all the way down to where the waterfront is, you will be able to see the character floatillas pass by.“

“Parking: There is a lot of parking, but you have to be willing to walk a hundred or so feet to reach the Cafe. It is located on the First Baptist Orlando campus, inside the Faith Hall building.

Wheelchair accessibility: Faith Hall, the building where the Cafe is located, is nice and open and easy to navigate in a wheelchair. Two of the four entrances have automatic doors: one on the back end closer to Welcome Center B and the other on the long side of the building facing Welcome Center A. I do NOT recommend using the doors on the end of the building facing "Faith Hall Loop," unless you have a very strong person to open the door for you. Just walk a few feet around to the right to find the sliding door. As you enter Faith Hall and approach the Cafe, if you're in a wheelchair, it may be necessary to skip the regular roped-off line and use the exit in front of the register, as it may be too tight a fit. However, if I'm just using a walker, I can manage the turns fine.“
