“Was not crowded but service wasn't great. Took a long time for drinks to arrive. Took a long time for the table-side guacamole to arrive- servers put out entrees down as the employee was preparing our guacamole. She quickly came back and asked if we wanted another round and two of us said yes- but she brought another $22 drink for our designated driver who only ordered one. When this was corrected- she seemed irritated and snatched the drink from the table. Food was good and tasty though.“

He was very helpful in answering all questions and making sure the set up for our party of 25 was beautiful. Him and the staff relocated the tables under the pavilion when realizing the weather conditions right before the start of the dinner. He ensured our party was taken care of from start to finish. “We were in from St Louis staying at Universal..we got a Lyft to go out to a local restaurant on a hunt for a seafood boil..we found THE BEST SEAFOOD BOIL EVER at Mr. & Mrs. Crab!!! My daughter was over the moon! We did the build your own and it was absolutely perfect with crab, shrimp & lobster tail! We picked the sauce and we opted no seasoning/spice, you get to pick your flavor and spice level separately!!.. SO DELICIOUS!!! All of it, including potatoes and corn were cooked to perfection! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! The food was ready fairly quick, not much of a wait at all! The place is decorated in a cute nautical theme! It was very clean!We will definitely be back, every time we are in Orlando! (Whoever the server was on Fri night/5-31-24, was a complete sweetheart!)“

Service: Despite being Saturday night we had no wait time. Our server was quick, friendly and answered any questions we had.

Food: The pricing is more than reasonable for how good the food is. I ordered the fish and chips which came out as a piping hot, huge portion with natural cut fries. We also ordered a tuna bowl that was seasoned to perfection and tasted fresh, not fishy.

Overall would come back again!“

“Classic lobby bar of the large resort.. nothing special about. Their hazy IPA of local small-batch brewery was delicious as well as margarita. Ask for glass instead of that horrible plastic. Anyway.. friendly and tolkative bartender recommended us very good place to eat out what we really did enjoy.“

THE BAR is outstanding. Great selection of beers, both the big name brands and some delicious local breweries. In the same high level are the cocktails, very creative and phenomenal taste.
Our favorites were the CORE DENSITY and the GRS. The staff is also very friendly. 10/10 experience.

THEL GRILL is great as well. You can order straight from the pool, via a QRCode, and pick up at a side window (the app wasn't updating correctly when I was there, but the Hotel had just opened, so perhaps they will have fixed it by the time you read this) either way, check with them if you think your food should already be done. I highly recommend the HUMMUS & PITA.
It's a great choice if you’re relaxing by the pool, or on their outside tables.

And seriously, don’t overlook the cocktails!“

Not only was his service spectacular, but he made us a specialty shot to celebrate my friends’ engagement which was incredible. If you’re in Volcano Bay, definitely stop by Dancing Dragons to see Tim!“

“What can I say, I’ve been here quite a few times. Today was my favorite time ever being here actually. I decided to let whatever server I got, choose everything I ate. And Aurora did not disappoint. I asked her about seafood and she told me why the lobster tacos might be the way to go. She talked about flavor balancing between different menu items and tried to explain to me all the showcasing of the different seafood and how it worked for flavor profiles. I asked her about side dishes to go with it. She told me all the standard side dishes and she saw that I was not over excited by any of the offerings and she suggested maybe the premium truffle ranch potatoes might be what I’m looking for. She was not wrong on any of it. Lobster was cooked to perfection and all of the items placed on that taco belong there. She was right the balance was there. I was surprised when I got the fries. I thought it was going to be drenched and something, but it wasn’t. But I tasted the truffle and the ranch and the sauce and the side was perfect next to those crispy fries. I did not want to jinx myself so I had her decide my dessert unknown to her what I was doing. She chose the pistachio bread pudding. Not something I would ever get. It was delicious. I’m not going to lie. My only complaint is it needs more ice cream because it is so decadent and rich. Just get an extra side dish of more ice cream, you’ll thank me. Aurora you are a great server and I hope RusTeak knows it. Thank you for making tonight epic for me. I am stuffed and happy.“

“I had an incredible experience on Saturday at one of the upscale theme parties. The Bond Room host Bree was excellent and she made sure that all of my group was well taken care of. The VIP waitresses Christian and Taylor did a fantastic job. I highly recommend getting a table in the bar area because it provided a lot of room for people to socialize. The DJ and music and energy was like nothing I have been to in Orlando.“

“Great food with beautiful views! We ate here without a reservation at 6pm on a Monday. There was hardly anyone else there so finding a great seat was easy! Our server, Jordan, was great—quick, knowledgable, and attentive! One side of the bar has views of Epic, Volcano Bay, and a few other Orlando spots. The other side has a cool view of Hogwarts!

Our food was excellent! My burger was well cooked and seasoned, and the fries were CRISPY!! My husband had the Korean friend chicken and he was a fan. He wished it had a pickled veggie of some kind to balance the seasoning of the chicken, but enjoyed it still! He also ordered a mule, which had very little alcohol and he wouldnt order it again.“
