“I made reservations for my family since it suggested it on their website. My husband ,3 sons and I arrived and the hostess brought us to a table that was waiting for us! That was a pleasant and appreciated surprise to not have to wait. Our server,Jordyn was attentive and friendly she had perfect timing with drinks appetizers , main courses and desserts. We ordered 3 appetizers for the table and 5 different meals as well as two desserts for us each to have a sample of. Everything was not only full of flavor and perfectly prepared but also absolutely beautifully plated. We had a pleasant conversation with the owner ,Cindy, and she answered our questions about some of the flavors that we couldn’t quite place. We also discussed the history of the restaurant. It’s nice to see owners/managers in the dining area. We will come again soon and recommend this establishment to our friends and family. Thank You all“

“We were promptly seated and graciously allowed to enter a cozy circular booth with our server Izzy pulling the table out, so we didn't have to scoot into the booth. How thoughtful!!!! It was Prime Rib night at Ovation, and we both ordered medium rare. with loaded baked potatoes. Our prime ribs were absolutely delicious and the most scrumptious medium rare that one could ask for. Our service by Izzy was great. He is a true delight and asset to Ovation. Dinner out at Ovation was wonderful. Great food. Great service.“

“Ok, so I see some negative comments on here about Mannys. I have been going to the one on 27 for a little over 10 years. Usually at least twice a month. I have NOT had the experience these people have and wonder if their expectations were beyond attainable and no matter how good things were they would still have a complaint. My girlfriend and I love this place. I have never had a badly cooked steak and the prime rib my girlfriend gets is what she wants. I would not under any circumstances continue to patron a restaurant if it were not good. Having lived in west Texas for almost two decades, I know a good steak. If your expectations are that high, maybe stay home and cook one yourself. You are your own worst critic.“

“I recently attended a private catered event at Flightline Cafe . We had a delicious buffet meal Salmon , Parmesan Chicken Breast , Sweet Baby Carrots. Garlic Mashed potatoes and tasty Broccoli and cheeses . Started the buffet with a delicious tossed salad with all the fixing . Washed it down with sweet tea and lemonade. The bar has top shelf drinks that keep you going back for more . Service was impeccable. If you ever need a place to have a function Flightline Cafe should be one of your top choices as kudos to the owners“

“Meagan Carter is the main draw for us to be regular patrons of this iHop. Extraordinary service above and beyond expectations, and she makes friends with all her customers. Once, I saw a customer complain about their food, but management still demanded full payment. I saw Meagan quietly pay their bill while apologizing for the food. The customer never knew she bought their meal!

Of course the food is excellent - great breakfast and the best hamburgers in town! Prices are reasonable.

The facility is looking very worn - well maintained, clean, but worn. It needs a remodel, seriously. Meagan keeps us coming back!“

“Ordered on-line for meal items and were given 20 minute time frame for pick-up. Arrived 25 minutes for pick-up, however, waited patiently for approximately 35 minutes before order ready. I understand as ONLY TWO employees on duty. There were multiple people waiting for their orders. I applaud the two employees because they did an EXTRAORDINARY job in preparing the orders, but, were able to keep track of orders and maintained a pleasant demeanor despite the pressure of numbers. “I've been coming here from time to time for take out only.
I'm a big Sushi person, always looking to try new places, now this restaurant is decent but it could be a lot better.
Starting off with the staff , not the most friendly, the other thing is that the nickel and dime you for anything extra .
For the most part , Sushi restaurants give you sauces included with your meal , but not here .
If you want spicy mayo, eel sauce etc, you're going to have to pay, which is a big turn off.
I hope they reconsider in the future.“

“Went for dinner at this wonderful steakhouse. We ordered 2 steaks that were tasty and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was busy, but you couldn't tell as the staff were very friendly and professional. Our server was Tammy and she was absolutely the best. Tammy is very caring, professional and always made sure our drinks were full. This made for a perfect night. We will definitely return to this restaurant.“

“They are always spot on. We found this place 12 years ago by a review and it is the only place we get carryout Chinese here in Winter Haven. Love the hot and sour soup! General Tso chicken darned tasty. I ask for a little extra kick in mine. Call ahead and in a matter of 30 minutes you can pick it up.!! Love this place thank you Eddie's for all the great memories!“

“We went with a gift card. The blooming onion was free. It was around 4:00 pm. We were seated pretty quick but waited forever for our waiter. After he came and we ordered, our blooming onion came, and it was pretty good. My ceasar salad came and it was not good. It had a strong onion aftertaste that was gross. I ordered my steak medium rare, but it still came really rare. I had to catch the waiter to get it fixed. The sautéed mushrooms I ordered were terrible. They didn't taste good at all. The sweet potato was delicious, though. Overall, we were not very pleased and probably would have complained if it wasn't basically free.“
