Only con is the atmosphere is fairly basic...it's arranged to get as many people in as possible. So no real ambience. Overall Great place to eat!“

“I love that this is a place where you just order at the counter and can dine in or take out. Our group dined in. This isn't a place that offers ambiance, but we knew that going into it. It's inside set up is analogous to many fast food restaurants. The wait to order was short and the food was prepared quickly. I got the Maple Bacon Chicken Biscuit and it was the perfect blend of sweet and savory with the chicken offering a nice kick of heat. The food tasted fresh and the maple syrup was real. Others in the group were satisfied with their meals, but remarked, nothing special. My only complaint is with regard to the mimosa I ordered. I'm wishing now I had taken a picture of it because it was a neon lemon color. In my life, I've never seen a bright neon yellow mimosa, and more importantly, it did not taste good. That aside the food was quite good, the service fast and the price reasonable. Nice Saturday morning breakfast!“

“My wife & I went to Chubby’s for breakfast today! It was outstanding! We ordered a Philly Omelette, a Lucy Skillet and a chocolate chip pancake w/ powdered sugar & whipped cream and it was amazingly delicious! It’s like going home to mom and she’s making a killer breakfast! From the food, to the service, the staff was super nice. If you crave a good breakfast, I’m telling you to come here to Chubby’s! “We stopped here on our way back from our hotel after a weekend in Disney. It was a Sunday around 11am wait was 30 min, walked around the little gift shopped ad strip mall. The servers were nice, food was good. Prices are decent for being 15 from the parks“

“Maitland, FL. Great service and really great grits, sausage gravy and biscuits made our drive here well worth it. It’s kinda far from where we live but Steve said he’d absolutely come back.

We sat on the large patio area that was nicely set up to feel special. It had misters going and we felt breezy and nice out there even though it was a hot July day. We enjoyed our meal very much.

This is a popular spot with locals. In fact, thigh, it’s kinda hard to spot. Even with Siri we thought we were turning into the Public Storage parking lot. Only after we did that did we see the restaurant.

Once inside the restaurant, though, you realize it’s a nice, Southern hospitality kind of place. I’ve been to another location and I feel this location’s patio was better. Also, the restaurant inside felt cozy and cool. The other location I’ve been to had a lot of orange accents. At this Maitland location the color scheme was more modern and cute.

The servers were prompt and worked well as a team.

Our server was appropriately welcoming and helpful and when I asked questions she chatted easily with us. I asked about other peach items on the menu and she said the peach hot sauce on the table sells out before Christmas! Also, they have added peach pancakes and peach waffles to the menu.“

“My group of friends meet every Wednesday at noon. The food portions can't be topped For a small business the menu is tremendous. Pam and Kathy are the Best.“

“Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.“

“Traveling through Orlando Late Saturday night was feeling a bit tired had spent two days packing and moving. My 10:00 pm transportation from Orlando to Ga. Was canceled. The next available transportation was not until 5:15 Am Sunday Morning A 7 hour wait, all of the hotels near by were booked. I was not hungry I needed to go some place to relax. The nearest 24 hour business open was I hop. I explain my situation and they were very accommodating. A comfortable booth in the rear. It was very clean Janel my waitress made me feel at home like a family member. Although I only had hot tea with lemon and onion rings it was absolutely hot and delicious.I felt so much better, I highly recommend this I Hop ask for Ms. Janel, She was generous with her kindness I was equally generous with my tip, she deserved it.“

“Had breakfast this morning. Ordered Corn Beef Hash, scrambled eggs and grits. The Hash was great. The eggs were cold and the grits were the consistency of soup. My breakfast was brought to me by one of the cooks in the kitchen. The same server replaced the grits with hash browns. Have eaten there several times but today seemed like total chaos which I never experienced before. Regardless of these events this morning I will be back to eat there again.“

“This is one of the best Egg Breakfast/Lunch spots I’ve ever eaten at. And the food was perfectly prepared. 2 eggs (SSU), bacon, pork sausage & toast. Coffee and staff were also amazing.
