Ceviche Central serves excellent Peruvian cuisine in the heart of Winter Park, close to the train station. The restaurant offers great Peruvian flavor with dishes such as ceviche, Lomo saltado, arroz chaufa, Corvina ceviche, and Picanha with Golden Pappardelle.
