“I ordered a large pizza and 10 wings for dinner. Asked the young lady taking my order for the wings to be extra crispy and extra sauce. I was not informed then that they pre bake the wings and cold store it and then they pull out the amount they need for any order. Btw Pizza was good. So I called to speak to a manager about the situation. The young lady who took my order informed me that the wings were run through the oven 3 times. 1st time is the pre bake. Then 2 more times in the oven. The wings were lukewarm and the skin was slimy and soft. Not crispy at all. So I asked to speak to the manager. Kyle the manager basically told me since it was cooked to corporate standards that I was not going to get a refund for the wings that I had to finish cooking in my air fryer. So I offered to bring them back to the store for a replacement. But again was told by Kyle that there was nothing he could do. He did inform me to not order the wings if I wanted it extra crispy or well done. Customer service is not present here. I have called the corporate customer feedback line. But have still not received any response. So unfortunately this was the first time I ordered from Marcos and it most definitely will be the last time.“
