“Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.“

The pancakes? Colossal clouds of joy — fluffy, golden, and made to convert any bad mood into a smile. The French toast deserves its own fan club, and the omelette comes out like perfection on a plate.

But what truly makes Keke's special is Jacqueline. She’s not just a server — she’s the heartbeat of the café. Warm, kind, and honest. She speaks English and Spanish effortlessly, and makes everyone feel like family. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her energy made the whole morning better.

We came as customers and left as admirers. The only thing I’d add? A creamy cappuccino to match the magic of everything else.

“I love that this is a place where you just order at the counter and can dine in or take out. Our group dined in. This isn't a place that offers ambiance, but we knew that going into it. It's inside set up is analogous to many fast food restaurants. The wait to order was short and the food was prepared quickly. I got the Maple Bacon Chicken Biscuit and it was the perfect blend of sweet and savory with the chicken offering a nice kick of heat. The food tasted fresh and the maple syrup was real. Others in the group were satisfied with their meals, but remarked, nothing special. My only complaint is with regard to the mimosa I ordered. I'm wishing now I had taken a picture of it because it was a neon lemon color. In my life, I've never seen a bright neon yellow mimosa, and more importantly, it did not taste good. That aside the food was quite good, the service fast and the price reasonable. Nice Saturday morning breakfast!“

“My wife & I went to Chubby’s for breakfast today! It was outstanding! We ordered a Philly Omelette, a Lucy Skillet and a chocolate chip pancake w/ powdered sugar & whipped cream and it was amazingly delicious! It’s like going home to mom and she’s making a killer breakfast! From the food, to the service, the staff was super nice. If you crave a good breakfast, I’m telling you to come here to Chubby’s! I once had the manager run down the street to get bloody mary mix as they ran out and because I had to wait a bit longer...no charge! Only con is the atmosphere is fairly basic...it's arranged to get as many people in as possible. So no real ambience. Overall Great place to eat!“

“I just believe that the grill was up too high. The food was prepared but not with love… if you know what I mean. I tip good service and the cooks if the food is prepared properly. I ordered the waffle combo. Over easy eggs🤨 as seen in photo lol hash browns were fried hard and were dark brown and crunchy. I asked for bacon not fried hard and it was stiff like board. The bacon was tuff like jerky meat. The waffle looked the best, but I took it home.

Our server tried to rectify and we gave a good tip for her service and courtesy.

We were celebrating my daughter’s 21birthday today. Both our plates were not prepared well- this the cook should know and believe it or not we had the same experience when we visited IHOP 3 months ago. 😓🤷🏾‍♂️“
