“Legitemately the best Chinese takeout of all time. My husband grew up with this place, when we met he introduced me and I knew I could never eat at any other Chinese takeout again! The quality at Wah Yoan is unmatched! We don't even live in the are anymore and I still send my husband 30 mins away to pick it up or willingly pay a long distance delivery fee specifically to get it from here. A problem I've had with other Chinese takeout places (besides quality in general) is the fried items always taste nasty like bad oil and chicken pieces are typically... odd. I'm very particular about chicken. At Wah Yoan though? I will eat an entire container of chicken without thinking twice! Their fried items are the absolute best as well. I love their egg rolls. It's hard to recommend one thing because actually everything is good, but I would say the honey chicken is a stand out! I will continuing spreading the Wah Yoan gospel, please never close shop!!“

“Just tried this place for the first time. The food was ready very quickly from my phone order. Waiting area with tables and chairs was basic but cold air conditioning. The food was exceptionally fresh hot and not greasy. I will be back. I ordered the poo poo platter, which was extremely crispy and flaky for everything that was fried & had good flavor. Also vegetable fried rice tasted like fancy hibachi version. Yum!“

“I am very picky about Chinese restaurants. This one has been consistently very good over the years. Personally, I have never had a complaint. I usually get a combination, but I also get soup, fried rice, and egg rolls a large carte. Just had shrimp and lobster sauce combo, and the SLC was SO GOOD. 4 shrimp for a combo, and they were MASSIVE. Every time I go, the restaurant is clean outside in the front and inside.“

“I'm a Chinese guy but I'm not gonna lie. It's tough to find good general Tsos chicken. Usually mostly breading or a sauce that's too thick or sweet. The online order gave the option for level of heat when i put it in and asked for very spicy. I upgraded to lo mein for 1.50 more. The sauce was spicy and light with the perfect sweetness. The chicken was crispy but actually had real chicken inside. The lo mein was not flooded with soy and it had a really wonderful taste. I will most definitely be back soon. The lady at the counter was also super nice. 5 stars all the way!“

“So we got a coupon for this place at the food festival, and we’ve been putting off visiting for a bit until the other night. First off, I had no idea this place was even here. It’s super close to shopping, so if you’ve been shopping, come try this place! They have different options, and personally, I tried the lo mein with the teriyaki chicken and the orange chicken, which were both cooked perfectly. The flavor was well balanced, not too little or too much. The chicken was fresh and fat free. The portion of my bowl was on the larger side, so I was happy to save some for lunch the next day. We tried their cheese rangoons and apple wontons and were even more impressed. I loved the creamy balance of the cheese with the crispness of the rangoons, and the apple was a fun fall burst of flavor that I saved for the next morning’s breakfast! Overall, we were quite impressed with this place. The staff were super nice, and the restrooms were clean and well attended to. We definitely recommend this place for a quick bite to eat after shopping.“

“If you Google "China Star" your order will be hijacked by Door Dash. They have marked up the prices ($3.50 for plain lo mein vs. $2.75 if you order at the counter or by phone) as well as assessing a delivery fee and mandating a tip. Evidently they don't "get" the idea that the faster they get it to your door, the bigger the tip. Although the checkout allows you to select "pickup" the web genie will not process an order unless you select "delivery".In other words, China Star is great — and needs to cut all ties with DoorDash“

“My mom and I are vegetarians, so we have a hard time finding good Asian food that accommodates that. We loved Asian House, but that unfortunately closed down. My mom saw great reviews on Facebook for Mr. Wok and after trying it, we loved it! The food was hot and delicious. The portions were reasonable for the price, in my opinion. ... tonight was the 1st time ever order here...

Around 7:15pm on a Monday, we walked in the food court, they offered us bourbon chicken and orange chicken samples, both were super flavourful! (Think that classic bourbon chicken from your favorite mall growing up... straight up nostalgia)

Without hesitation, we ordered... 2x two meat plate with two sides. Both meals with bourbon chicken and orange chicken. They proceeded to make our meat options fresh to order from the kitchen (Not something you typically expect from a food court)! We loved it!

The food was just as tasty as the samples, super reasonably priced, and containers packed full!

“Ive been going to this « take out » place since before pandemic. It was good then it’s still good now. They raised prices as everyone did but not by much. 3 people can eat for 30bucks. I’ve had the real deal in HK and I don’t expect it, but this place delivers tasty food at a reasonable price. Check it out.“

“This place is such a great value, especially today ordering the lunch menu for the first time & is very affordable & filling. This meal will probably last me about 2 or 3 meals & love it because it's conveniently located across the plaza from the Walmart Supercenter & can walk here & back in about 5 minutes & get my food out in less than five minutes. It's very similar to the Chinese restaraunts I grew up with but this cashew chicken is unique that I haven't had & also great if you don't want fast food or Mexican.“

Service: I’m not sure why, but every time I call this place, the person on the phone is pretty rude. I actually try to avoid calling whenever possible because of the customer service.

Vibes: The location in the Heathrow plaza makes it really convenient for pickup. Ive never eaten inside, so I can’t speak much to the dine in atmosphere, but it seems like it would work well for a small party or for grabbing a quick bite while youre in the area. “I have been eating from Super 8 for over a decade when I lived in Casselberry. I now live in Deltona and will still get take out sushi from Super 8 when in town. Always fresh, great portions, and prices! Extremely friendly staff!! 10/10“

“One of the best Chinese spots around central Florida. They used to have express food, which I still miss to this day. But their food is equivalent to old style Chinese. Their General Tso is always crispy and their beef dishes are always tender. I will gladly drive 30 minutes to get here!“
