“So we are from Maine here in Orlando on vacation. My son found this place on the internet and we were a bit skeptical of it. On our last day in Orlando we decided to give it a try and I am SO GLAD we did. This place was awesome. The ice cream was VERY good. I got a small portion of the Cuban Coffee ice cream with almonds, heath and hot fudge and I regret getting a small. It was so good I ordered another small one. The staff was very friendly Avery and Mia were very helpful and were very knowledgeable when we had questions. They was such a good selection of flavors and toppings which would accommodate any one frok kids to adults. They even had vegan options for those who are into that. Overall great experience 10/10 recommend giving it a try as we do t have anything unique like this in Maine.

“Stopped in as I was in the mood for ice cream. I learn that it is a local, family owned shop, the guy serving me runs the place with his father. It was fairly clean and he was super friendly.
I ordered a brownie sunday and I appreciated the brownie being warmed without requesting so, it heightened the overall experience. Prices were also fairly reasonable.
Others in the shop order the bubble waffles which seemed to be their specialty and there was nothing but positive feedback. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the mood for a sweet treat.“

Everything is cold and made to order, the employees are the most polite I've ever experienced including the manager himself who will, not only make the ice cream for you, but will also help out taking orders at the window and giving customers their orders when it is busy. “Softserve on Tayaki was great, and it’s nice they added savory flavors to the menu. Ube is a bit too sweet and I can’t taste much Ube flavor, it’s prob food color or powder, but it’s more photo worthy than the taste I guess. Atmosphere is great with cute deco in the shop. The only down side is the wait time in a tiny space, it’s over 30mins until we get our food around 5pm on Saturday.“

I got the turtle ice cream sundae in a waffle bowl and my friend got just the normal vanilla ice cream in a waffle bowl. Both were delicious and relatively cheap. $3 for an ice cream cone this good is a steal! Definitely recommend!“

“Haagen-Dazs has definitely been one of my favorite ice cream and dessert brands since I took my first bite, many years ago.
They are notoriously upscale, and therefore, not the cheapest menu among their competitors. Most of the time, I am willing to overlook that fact and splurge every once in awhile. Everyone needs the occasional treat.
I was delighted when, while scrolling through restaurants on a third-party delivery app, I landed on this Haagen-Dazs location that is not too far from my house, and therefore, a viable option while deciding which delectable dessert would be mine for the night.
Of course, with today's added fees for just about anything and everything, especially delivery, the cost for two milkshakes was far more than I had anticipated.
Nearly $30.
By the time I received the milkshakes, they were slightly melted, and one was the incorrect flavor.
I don't place faults on the shop alone, seeing as they are likely overwhelmed by the new demands for takeout orders and the limited number of staff to get every single item made to perfection.
However, I will say that after stopping by this location in person a few weeks later, I was impressed with their employees quickness and accuracy. Plus, my two milkshakes went from $30 down to about $18-ish.
My advice?
Cut the third-party companies out of your order and take your business into their location.
Oh yeah, and don't forget to try the "Belgian Chocolate Milkshake". It is simply the BEST.

Vegetarian options: There is not a vegetarian-friendly menu at Haagen-Dazs, but there are a couple flavors of sorbet that are vegan-friendly.

Dietary restrictions: They have several options for seekers of 'healthier' or 'less fattening' options.
Their newly released "HEAVEN" collection includes the following flavors: Sea Salt Caramel, Cold Brew Espresso Chip, Strawberry Waffle Cone, and Peanut Butter Chip. The collection is made with 1/2 the fat, 1/3 of the calories, and 25% less sugar than the regular flavors. They also contain no artificial sweeteners. At this time, I believe the "Heaven" Collection is only available in 14 oz. take-home containers.
They also have a collection called "DIVINE" which has 50% less fat and 25% less sugar.

Parking: Handicapped parking spots and plenty of spaces in the lot. It is located in a strip mall, so there are spots all around, although there are times when this area is busy.

Kid-friendliness: There are kids-size single scoops and plenty of sweet treats that your kids will be grateful for!

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spots, ramps on the sidewalk, no stairs, easy to access in a wheelchair or crutches.“

“White Rabbit is an awesome place to have a special dessert with family or on a date. They have an awesome variety of traditional and sensational options. Recently went to the Henrietta, NY location and Brandon was an awesome host that took care of my family. We sat in the front corner booth which was perfect for the kids.
