“Rabbit for Easter!? And those hot cross buns, woo hoo hoo doot, doot, dooo! lol. I give them something like a five for nice elevated dining with delicious fancy foods and impressive, exemplary hospitality on a level you don't see often enough anymore, in a beautifully curated arty modern space. I don't mind throwing good money down on food and an experience worthy of it and 1921 delivered, mostly. Was looking forward to the deviled duck eggs as shown on the online "example" menu but they didn't have them on the day. Shoot. And while I realize this is supposed to be an experience, we waited well over an hour for our mains to come out, long after starters and cocktails ran out, and I was about done, restless, and feeling full. So, whatever was special with the mains was sort of lost; at least on me. Our bill was also messed up, they double charged us, and took even more time still, to fix.“

“We went here with our siblings that live in Florida. They recommended this place as one of their favorite locations. It's different because you're in what appears to be a submarine and damn does it feel like it as well. You are so damn tight in this place and it's small.We sat down and got waited on immediately. I wasn't in a beer mood and ordered some wine instead. The bartender was down to earth. She was the best of the bartenders out there. We did selfies when my wife went to the bathroom and she was such a good sport because she got involved in the pics.Ran into my siblings friends and we got to talking about wine and beer. Good location, good place to come and have drinks. Love this place. Good Stop.“

“It's one of our favorite places. We drive 2 hours to get the no.1 burger in the state. The OKeefes Burger! Best in the State. Start out with the mushrooms, also yummy. The sweet tea is right on point. We love the atmosphere of the place. The staff are very pleasant. We always have the best experience. We highly recommend Okeefes!“

“Hidden gem! Located upstairs at Mt Dora Marketplace Building 1, this cocktail lounge has a classy lounge ambiance. The knowledge and execution of their cocktail drinks are on point…perfect balance is achieved. All the bartenders are knowledgeable. The owner, Dakota, cares about mixology and it shows. “The pizza we ordered was so good and the staff was super friendly even though our waitress doubled as the bartender since we were seated in the bar area. She was awesome! The manager had to come over since the cook misread our pizza order and treated us with cocktails. It was one pie that was halved with different menu specials... but no worries, we were fine. It was all so delicious. We really enjoyed our first time in Mt. Dora.“

Whether it was the ambiance, hospitality, wide variety of dishes or the quality of our selections, there isn't anything I could find lacking!My wife and I first, ordered the salsa, queso and guacamole trio, then ordered the same entrèe (Ribeye steak with rice, beans and a perfectly sauteed cactus. (YES, you read that correctly, CACTUS!))The entire meal was a real treat at the end of a long day, and so much so, we are already planning our next visit!“

“Cute little spot, walkable street parking. Few spots outside to sit and eat inside a handful of spots was pretty packed when I went. There are also bar spots. Did eat food just coffee. Ordered the $5 mocha, the hot chocolate with coffee twist was good, didn't taste overly sweet. A nice assortment of unique drinks. The baristas were quick and friendly. Would come here again when in mount dora.“
