“We went today to try Duck Donuts (location Dayton, Ohio)for the first time. I walked in carrying a coupon that I received in the mail from a local realtor who I know prsonally. Before I even made it to the counter, the girl at the register said "I have bad news for you, we're under new management and won't take your coupon". I said are you kidding? I just drove an HOUR to get here and you won't honor the coupon? She said no, sorry. I refused to even try the product. Even if you are under new management, the fact that you won't honor a coupon that this realtor PAID for is awful! Clearly the new management is no good. Thank you for ruining Saturday for me and my family.“

“I went in on my lunch break and it was busy and there was only one girl. I think her name was hope. She was so nice and kept the line moving and was really quick. I get the same thing every time I go there and it has never been done so nice and tasted so good!!
