I saw another work (Sasha) and asked her if she could help me instead. She was the sweetest and helped me right away. She definitely made my experience better.“
“just left another dunkin to come here because the service at that one was so bad and i knew my order would be wrong.
when i got to the drive thru they answered quickly and ordering was easy and fast.
but here is my complaint:
i ordered the $6 meal deal and customized the american cheese for white cheddar because that’s how i like the sandwich
he repeated it and it was on the screen with white cheddar
i got the bag and the sticker on it said white cheddar. i drive away and the sandwich is american cheese.
i don’t care that much that’s just the only complaint i have to say“
