“I understand that McDonald's has been utilizing the order kiosks, but a part of an experience is how the restaurant made you feel. The cutoff of human interaction feels unwelcoming or inappropriated that we are purchasing McDonald's services. Is it that you can't employee enough people to be at the register? Or is the Kiosk saving you money or making you lose money from the lack of human interaction? Marketing team, I would look into this since the kiosk was introduced.“
“I’ve always loved McDonald’s, even worked there for years. I went to this McDonald’s drive-through the other night and was pleasantly surprised with some of the best customer service I’ve received at a McDonald’s and honestly the best food I’ve gotten from McDonald’s. I tried the new crispy chicken deluxe with the gold sauce, and it was so freaking good.The french fries were super fresh and the staff was on point and extremely friendly. This is gotta be one of my favorite local McDonald’s now.“
“Good for b'fast early on weekdays-staff are friendly and helpful. Other times were hit or miss especially at busy times in past couple months. Only had long waits twice but not a problem since I was getting multiple specialized items. Generally the food quality is reliable.“
“I had a horrible experience today at @10:20am with an older, heavy-set drive-thru lady with a peach color shirt. I think she was the manager. I asked her if breakfast was still being served and she said "Well it depends." I asked her depended on what and then she said just go ahead with your order as I was giving her my order she kept cutting me off then said "You need to hurry up you're talking too slow!" Cursed me out after I told her that she was being rude. I drove away. I have never had an experience like this at a McDonald's. The whole interaction was so unprofessional and rude. My children were shocked as well. We won't be returning to this McDonald's.“
“I've gotten so used to other McDonald's that this just blew me away.
Tonight my wife and I stopped in for a McRib fix before they're gone. We ordered at the counter and encountered a young lady with kind of blonde hair and some light green streaks in it. I'm so used to surely or sullen or just indifferent McDonald's employees that her attitude was shocking!
1. She smiled and greeted us
2. She was friendly and laughed
3. She gave us HOT fries!
4. She complimented another customers child
5. She brought out our fries to us
6. She has thanked other customers for coming in and told them to have a great evening!!
I could probably go on a while if I thought about it, but you get the idea. I actually deleted my negative review from 7 years ago and left this one. If McDonald's was smart, they'd clone her and put one of her at every location. I've heard her interacting with other employees and guests and she's just delightful!
McDonald's really ought to pay her more than she's currently making (no idea what that is) or some other place will poach her away.
This young lady is OUTSTANDING and really impressed us. I rarely encounter anyone with her customer service skills - let alone someone so young and working at McDonald's. I truly hope McDonald's recognizes what a gem they have here and have her training other people and make her like a regional manager. She gets it!“
