“We have been coming to Sonny;s for years and enjoy to food. But the last three times we came we had a waitress name Brittney who really put a bad taste in our mouth. She didn't seem to have time to take our order, she had an attitude and when the food was brought out she practically threw it on the table. She never came back to the table to check on us until one of our party said something to the manage and then it was with attitude. If it was busy I could understand, it was not. maybe she was having a bad day, all three times! Needless to say, we won't be coming back, nor any of my family because they had the same experience with the same girl. what happen to customer courtesy. I will drive to Lee Co or Sylvester to get my BBQ from now on. I hate one bad apple spoils the whole basket.“

“I seen the other comments but I wanted to see for myself! Hands down best ribs I done had this far and I been to different states for BBQ. $10 meal that’s loaded. They deliver there is no longer a building so the comment about them being closed is because they no longer have that spot and it’s delivery or on site just call 📱the cakes are soooooo good.

“I was there today with a group of 27. Our waitress, Kristy, did an awesome job the entire time. She quickly got drink orders and got them out. She the then took the 27 orders. The kitchen did a great job helping get her orders orders correct and to us quickly. Kristy was very attentive to the group, pleasant , and all around great! Food was good!“

“The picture doesn't do it justice. While the food was good, the place was extremely dirty. I watched tables being cleared and servers cleaning tables but using the same.dirty rag om.many tables. At no point was there any attempt to clean the floors under the tables or in the common areas. While tables were being wiped down with dirty rags onto the floor and chairs, they failed to wipe down the chairs. I watched this happen for at least 5 tables. Customers would often clean their spots prior to sitting. They would also move rubbish from under their table with their feet. This restaurant is too big a corporation to allow this type of failure in cleanliness. I will continue to eat there as the food is very good. The service is sometimes very slow but the servers have a great attitude.“

“I found this place while working in the area, great service and the food was great. Only complaint would be the timing on the salad. Each time I’ve been here, I barely get started on the salad before the steak is brought out. Again, great place and I’ll be back! But it would be nice if the salad led the entree by 5 minutes or so“

“The employees here were so nice and having a great time. I asked for more sauce, brother wanted to give me as much as I asked for. The food was delicious, had an order with 3 trays. All had the right food. I hadn’t had cookout in years and this hit. Shakes were good as well“
