“The guy behind the counter addressed my Wife by "Sir." Not once, but TWICE. And then didn't even try to apologize or correct himself.. Pay Attention! Also, the bathrooms were disgusting. It definitely has gone downhill. They don't even offer vinegar for the fries anymore! Tables are all empty, and the business was extremely slow. Last Long John Silvers around, and it probably won't be around much longer. Thanks for the terrible and last experience.“

“Customer service was on point. The lady at the window was very friendly. The food was okay. I only ordered grits for myself, and they weren't as creamy as I like. However, everyone else in my group really liked the scramble bowls. So not a bad deal.“

“I love this store and the people here so much! I stopped going to McDonalds 2 years ago and I don’t regret the extra bit I spend here at all! It is worth it for the atmosphere, friendliness, cleanliness, food and just overall experience. Thank you so much Chick Fil A!“

“Good food mostly. Every once in a while the chicken will be fried too hard. Usually have to pull forward and wait if using the drive thru even though they aren't busy but that's because it's fresh and I don't mind. The manager is very friendly and runs a great store. I eat here twice a week for a reason.“

“03/26/2024 ☆☆☆☆☆Stopped in and got large fries, CHECKER BURGER, and CRISPY FISH. The new AI order taker is confusing. The service and food were very good.05/28/2023 ☆☆☆☆Stopped and got two (2) CRISPY FISH SANDWICHES and fries. Last minute, I ordered a bacon, lettuce, and tomato. This place makes the best blt sandwich.“

“I love this place and go here often. The food is wonderful and fresh. My only complaint is they never get my order correct… never!!! I’m either missing something or they get it completely wrong. I mainly order the snack combo, with extra slaw and US tea. Today they forgot my slaw, once I told them I had to wait 5 more mins to get it and my US tea was sweet tea. Very frustrating.“

“I stopped here with my best friend when we were in town, wanted something filling but also affordable and we came across there 5$ deal, which consist of a cheeseburger ? with lettece, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard and mayo. A 10-piece popcorn chicken with 2 dipping sauce, order of fries, and a drink. We were very pleased! Thank you!“

“Drive thru - we order the chicken bowl thingy.
Other than the fact the sour cream tastes fake and my daughter doesn't care for the beans, we enjoy that.
She also likes tacos. So this is more her dive than mine.
But the bowl is slammin minus the sour cream. DON'T FORGET THE GREEN SAUCE - GET EXTRA! 😁“

“Taco Bell on Oglethorpe in Albany, Georgia, impressed me with their new cheesy chicken crispanada—it was excellent! The spicy ranch sauce that accompanies it is a definite plus. Service was efficient and quick, especially with the kiosk ordering system. However, I docked a star because the floor was noticeably dirty around the booths, indicating a need for better maintenance in that area. Otherwise, the place was clean and provided a satisfying dining experience.“

“Most fast food is fast or fresh. Jack's served both fast and fresh food with the friendliest, and polite crew I've experienced in awhile. Dining area and restrooms were exceptionally clean

“Bought an 8" oreo ice cream birthday cake for a friend's birthday tomorrow. Ordered dinner to take home. Personnel are always friendly and very helpful. Very clean and food is always hot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of wheelchair parking on the side door with a ramp. There is plenty of handicap seating and restroom.“

“All I came here for was a blizzard- but I talked myself into a meal. I got the 3 piece chicken strip basket, and an oreo brookie blizzard to replace the sundae. My food was ready within 8 minutes (there was a few orders ahead of me, drive thru was going strong too), everything was hot, my blizzard was excellent as well. The service was outstanding! I'll be back! ?“

“I love Jack’s, best breakfast and customer service, but not the one on Centerpoint Parkway, Birmingham Al. They have the absolutely worst customer service and make up their own prices. However Pinson and Trussville are top-notch! They get 5 stars.“

“Alright so this is technically my first review ever so um.. yeah anyway I got someone else's order... My order was supposed to be a papadia, a pizza, and a drink I went inside the store, walked up to the counter for a pickup and spelled out the name so this wouldn't even happen.. yet it did“
