“The guy behind the counter addressed my Wife by "Sir." Not once, but TWICE. And then didn't even try to apologize or correct himself.. Pay Attention! Also, the bathrooms were disgusting. It definitely has gone downhill. They don't even offer vinegar for the fries anymore! Tables are all empty, and the business was extremely slow. Last Long John Silvers around, and it probably won't be around much longer. Thanks for the terrible and last experience.“
“Great food. I miss our long John silvers in Dothan Al. Dothan is changing and building up. Our Long Johns is sitting there with a for sale sign on it. So many people ate there. Always busy. Why not come back to dothan al and open a nice new one Like the one in Albany GA. More people than I miss the great fish. Now that my husband has ate there he wants to take me back to Albany For some good Ole long John's. Patiently waiting for one in Dothan Al. Keep up the good work Albany Long John's.“

The service and food were very good.05/28/2023 ☆☆☆☆Stopped and got two (2) CRISPY FISH SANDWICHES and fries. Last minute, I ordered a bacon, lettuce, and tomato. This place makes the best blt sandwich.“

“Good food mostly. Every once in a while the chicken will be fried too hard. Usually have to pull forward and wait if using the drive thru even though they aren't busy but that's because it's fresh and I don't mind. The manager is very friendly and runs a great store. I eat here twice a week for a reason.“

“Drive thru - we order the chicken bowl thingy.
Other than the fact the sour cream tastes fake and my daughter doesn't care for the beans, we enjoy that.
She also likes tacos. So this is more her dive than mine.
But the bowl is slammin minus the sour cream. DON'T FORGET THE GREEN SAUCE - GET EXTRA! 😁“

“I love this place and go here often. The food is wonderful and fresh. My only complaint is they never get my order correct… never!!! I’m either missing something or they get it completely wrong. I mainly order the snack combo, with extra slaw and US tea. Today they forgot my slaw, once I told them I had to wait 5 more mins to get it and my US tea was sweet tea. Very frustrating.“

“We went in after breakfast was finished about by 15 minutes. The kitchen and front end girl said no problem, what you want, even cooked fresh hash browns, when we come to Albany, this certain restaurant is our favorite. Thank you all so very much!!“

“Bought an 8" oreo ice cream birthday cake for a friend's birthday tomorrow. Ordered dinner to take home. Personnel are always friendly and very helpful. Very clean and food is always hot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of wheelchair parking on the side door with a ramp. There is plenty of handicap seating and restroom.“

“Normally don’t do this but need to give credit where credit is due. Hands down BEST McDonalds in the Albany area. Quick service, greeted with the upmost respect, and food was HOT! Not sure where the previous bad reviews come from, maybe change in management. Even though this McDonalds much further than others to home, if I need a golden arch fix, this is the only one I will go to in town.“
