The McDonald's on North Slappey in Albany has friendly and courteous employees, including two ladies who provide excellent customer service and add positivity to customers' days. The manager with locs and the register employee were also kind, even providing a free meal when there was an issue with the kiosk. The app is convenient for ordering, and the food is fresh. While it would be nice to have the option for cups of ice, water, or additional Mac sauce when using the app, overall, it offers a positive experience. The restaurant is kept clean and, when open, the play area is an additional plus. However, it is recommended to avoid parking close to the building when using the drive-thru during busy hours.
