“We had such a great meal. To start, we ordered the Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls, and they were amazing, crispy on the outside, packed with flavor, and the perfect way to begin. For our entrées, we had the herb-crusted salmon and the crawfish étouffée with shrimp. The salmon was cooked perfectly, tender and moist with a flavorful crust that really stood out. The étouffée was rich and comforting with a true Louisiana flavor, and the shrimp were fresh and cooked just right. Everything looked as good as it tasted, and you could tell it was prepared with care. It was one of those meals where you just want to slow down and enjoy every bite. Overall, a wonderful dining experience and one I’ll definitely look forward to having again.“

“The portions are huge! The shrimp and grits were delicious. The bacon and sausage croissant was also really good and stuffed full, though the croissant itself seemed store-bought, not house-made. Still tasty, though. My husband enjoyed the gumbo but felt it could use a bit more salt. The fruit punch “red drink” tasted like watered-down Kool-Aid—not the best. My daughter wasn’t a fan of the mac and cheese or the chicken. The chicken had a gravy-like sauce that made everything seem watery, which threw off the texture and flavor. The atmosphere could definitely use an update. There are only two seating tables, so it feels a bit cramped and more like a takeout spot than a dine-in experience.“

“Definitely recommend the Chicken & Shrimp Hibachi Plate and Vegetable Spring Roll . The Chicken & Shrimp Hibachi Plate is a very large serving so enough for at least 2 meals. The containers were wrapped tight and double bagged to reduce leaks.“

We used Vieux Carre Bistro to cater a large family event. We had several catered meals throughout the long weekend, but my family continually raved about the food from this restaurant. I appreciate that the restaurant recommended a menu based on the dietary considerations I needed to navigate. The chicken pasta was the clear favorite and a must have recommendation. Other favorites were the blackened salmon and fried chicken wings. When it came to service, the owner was very flexible when it came to pick up, patiently waiting to provide curbside loading for our courier. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food, service, and value for this catering order and will definitely use them again.“

“We had the seafood platter which is only served on the weekends. We are so happy to have experienced this chefs special. It was worth every penny. There aren’t many places in or around Atlanta you could get what we had on that platter (for two) anywhere for that price, ($95). Whole grill Snapper. Oyster Rockefeller, Garlic grilled Oysters, Chargrilled Kale and plenty dipping sauces which was all handmade by the (Chef-Jameeka). This dish my husband and I shared and was absolutely stuffed and very satisfied in the end. We immediately thought we were taking something home with us for later but no, After we finished all our food we even started tasting on the homemade sauce collection like it was an appetizer, everything was that good. To the chef and his amazing staff, well done…we will be back“

“I’m a Louisiana native and I’ve had multiple parties catered by the crawfish shack. I first found them by searching reddit for what people considered the most authentic Cajun seafood in Atlanta. They deserve this title. I typically order crawfish, boiled shrimp, hush puppies, corn, potatoes, and beignets. The crawfish and shrimp are excellent, just how a Cajun would want. Corn and potatoes too. The beignets are a different take from cafe du monde style but, honestly, I was highly impressed and liked them just as much as what I’m used to.“

“PSA: This is a GHOST kitchen. That means they only do takeout. There are other restaurants there but the chefs cook based on that specific restaurant menu you order from. This Juicy Crab is not an actual establishment but part of the ghost kitchen. The franchise even has this location listed on the official site so don't freak out when you pull up to the building. It's hell to park and pick up the order but the food is still good nonetheless. If you order from here, it's only pickup and cashless which is great for this covid climate. Should be available on your uber eats or other delivery app. Anyway, the crabs were fresh, they cooked it quickly and the sauce was perfect.“

Dj was good at first til an older group of about 6 came in, they switched up the vibes & put another Dj on then we started hearing Brittney spears and ish lol 🫠🙄 we kinda left after that but the waitresses were def a vibe when the music was actually right !! Gave 4 stars because the menu pricing was OFF .. not the same as what was rung up! 20% GRATUITY!!! Valet parking only for a donation“
