Where do I begin?! What a wonderful dining experience. The manager Ebi and server Joshua were extremely courteous and recommended some really tasty selections from the menu. I had a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, the prosciutto arugula flatbread and the apple crumb dessert. Everything was perfectly prepared with layers of flavor. The cacio de pepe with chicken is really excellent. Lowe, our server, was great. If you've got a longer layover give this place a try. Nice wine list too.
Cacio e pepe was great. Pasta was a nice Al dente and the service was excellent. They even managed to scrounge up a coffee for me even though they technically didn't have a coffee maker at the time. I won't go into details but they make things happen here.
