Despite being busy, they go above and beyond for their customers, even accommodating unusual requests. A customer traveling to England had a pleasant experience with a nice meal and excellent service, making a layover more bearable. The Southern Breakfast, complete with eggs, hashbrowns, and a biscuit, is a satisfying choice. Friendly service from staff like Jakim adds to the positive dining experience. The only downside was a slightly dry biscuit, but overall, The Pecan Bistro is recommended for a filling meal before a flight.
