This was good experience for 20 mins wait(morning rush) but the food was good, waiter was great and make sure we had everything we need, space was great nobody was sitting on top nobody, and front staff greet us when first came in(❤️)
Flying Biscuit is locally owned but a chain restaurant that serves breakfast fares - from biscuit sandwiches to waffles to some healthier options. We arrived on Saturday around 10:30 am and the place was maybe 3/4 full. They have a small receiving area and people were piling in at the same time that we walked in. Really clean and quiet spot. Friendly service, both fast and attentive. The Three Amigos breakfast tacos are highly recommended. The tacos come with salsa verde, a hot sauce, queso and a sour cream/crema/cream frische(one of those, slips my mind at the moment) on the side. Had homemade cheese grits as the side instead of the "moon dusted" potatoes and the grits were incredible.
