“One of the nicest smoothie kings I’ve been to. The staff was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. When I got in front, the rep was nice and friendly. Wasn’t too much of a wait time here. Although she was by herself, she was very efficient and got 3 of us in and out quickly.

“Great location. Not too thrilled about the cashless situation..but I come here almost every day for the same thing. This location makes it the best and they put up with all of my substitutions. Gov these employees raises…the one that took my order remembered exactly what I wanted before I said a word! It was awesome!.“

“Today’s experience at Smoothie King was truly refreshing — and not just because of the smoothie.
The atmosphere inside felt joyful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff really took the time to listen to me and understand my weight loss goals instead of just rushing me through an order. I felt heard, and that meant a lot.
They pointed me in the right direction with options that actually support my goals. Yes, there was an upsell, but it was a healthy upsell — something that genuinely made sense for what I was trying to accomplish. “Perfect day for Smoothie King, it is incredibly hot outside, and something cool and refreshing is exactly what the doctor prescribed!
I have to say that it was incredibly hard to find this smoothie king! It is ducked off next to a wing stop, and it's almost hidden, luckily I ran into it. I'm not used to writing anything negative, and it bothers me that I have to, but as soon as I walked into the place, there was a pungent odor. It smelled like old mop water or something, I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but whenever somebody walked in, they made a comment about the smell. The place was really big, and it had seats for people who wanted to enjoy their treat indoors, I liked the way it was set up inside.
Service was really good. There was a young man who took my order that was quick and helped me pick the PB Delight that I ended up with. Then there was a young lady that made it for me. They were all very pleasant and attentive, making my experience a positive one.
The PB Delight was huge! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of pitaya base that came with my order. The fruit was fresh, and I enjoyed every bite. I have never had a smoothie bowl before today, I have been to Smoothie King a few times before, obviously for smoothies, but I definitely have a new go-to here now. I want to try a few of the other bowls, they have a lot of options. I'm excited to try them all!“
