While staying at the restaurant for a conference, I tried to eat at The Preserve due to time limitations. When I arrived, no one greeted me so I sat myself, but a few minutes later, a hostess arrived and re-sat me. The wait to place the order was at least 15 minutes; after the order was placed, the extended time frame did not get better as it then took about 20-25 minutes to get a simple order.
