“After reading the reviews we had to visit. I had the chicken salad. We’re from England and the chicken was shredded and in some kind of sauce, almost like a coronation chicken, not what I expected but nice enough. Service was rushed, I felt like this lunchtime the waiter was just trying to serve as many people as he could. As he cleared our plates he told us he was bringing the bill. Not quite the leisurely experience we are used to but glad we visited non the less.“

“The loaded tots were my favorite of the things we tried. Very good! I had a pineapple mango cider that was great as well. We were a little disappointed because they were out of hamburger patties. Ufortunately we could not try the burger we really wanted. We will definitely go back again though. It does get pretty crowded. Would have loved to sit outside on the patio but we took the next available table inside. It didn't appear that they asign a waiter or waitress to certain tables. You just get checked on and order from who ever is coming by. Seemed a little odd but we got everything we needed and our check was right. Will definitely go back again.“

“We are traveling to our home in Florida but taking our time and camping along the way. We were staying at Mistletoe State Park and so I made a reservation for CD. We got there and the restaurant was full, but still we were seating almost immediately. They had a large staff and everything was efficient and well run. We ordered the Thanksgiving dinner… it was awesome! A wonderful Thanksgiving day meal experience. Thank you to the staff of California Dreaming.“

“Our first time to visit ND we will go back. The food was delicious, the staff that took our orders were great and the guy that kept us happy was terrific. He gave us the best table service I can remember in a long time ! Wish I had remembered his name. He had made chocolate chip cookies that morning and gave one to my two greatgrandsons to have after they ate their food, which they did. He was very kind and did such a good job. I recommend this place if you are new to the area or going through Augusta ! I give it a 10 !“

“Stop for a (hopeful) quick bite to eat on our drive home. Food was great, service was awesome. There was a mixup with our food and one of the meals came out way later than the rest of our food but our server was right on top of it and was very polite and nice. It was a great meal even with the small mishap.

“The steakhouse bacon burger was amazing!!! The fries A1 the wings were crispy I had the honey lemon pepper omg the best wings I’ve tasted so far in Augusta!!! Will definitely come back and will probably be right back the same day I’m a small girl but that’s the first time I ate my whole burger it was that good!! I didn’t even get a chance to get a picture but I will make sure to get one next time.“

“Stopped in here for lunch today and was not disappointed! I had a torta (like a panini) called the Fatty Watty. It has pulled pork, strawberry bacon jam, bacon pieces, and shredded cheese. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and savory. You can get it with elote corn salad or fresh fruit- I opted for the fruit and sprinkled it with Tajin and let me tell you something- what a spectacular meal so full of flavor and very filling! I’ll definitely be back and I’ll bring friends. The menu is super creative and though seating inside is limited, it’s definitely worth the trip! Next time I’ll save room for dessert- the dulce de leche empanadas sound great!“

“I don’t know what was in the “Belly Juice” but I love it. It tasted so good! Honestly, this my first time trying them, as I happen to come across their page on Facebook. . I got a plate that I saw on their page, the wings, macaroni, and collard greens w/ cornbread and everything was truly delicious. The collard greens was spicy but I’m from the Caribbean so it didn’t phase me. I love everything about the taste. Wouldn’t mind trying it again. The location is sort of the in the cut type of way; but once you walk into the establishment, you’ll feel at home. . 🤎“

“I visited The Patio for the first time yesterday, and I was truly impressed! From the moment I walked in, Toni made me feel so welcome. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful behind the bar. She took the time to explain the menu and drink specials in detail, which I really appreciated.

The food was excellent—I had the cheeseburger, and it was surprisingly flavorful in every bite. The drinks? Amazing! Not only did they taste great, but they were also beautifully presented. What shocked me the most was finding out it was Toni’s first day behind the bar—she’s usually in the kitchen! You never would’ve guessed. She crafted each drink with a perfect balance of alcohol and mixers like a seasoned pro.

That being said the noise level wasn't too bad. The decor was simple, and everything was super clean. One member of our group tried the fried bologna. I'm from the south so when you somewhere you expect the cheese grits to be blah... BUT NO.. Their cheese grits had so much flavor they were amazing. I ordered 2 lemon drops to drink, and the bartender made them to my specifications with lemonade and simple syrup to make sure they were extra sweet. Everything was delicious! Someone was always checking in on us which I appreciate. The food was really good. The cheesecake was the best part. It was really rich with a HUGE marshmallow topping. It definitely reminded me of the Cheesecake Factory. Their Christmas decorations were a nice touch as well. I give it 4/5 stars. The only disappointment to knock down a star was that some of the games were broken and most of the balls were missing from the hippo game. That was one of our favorites. Ultimately, I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be coming back for the cheesecake!“

“I love Cheddar Scratch Kitchen! We have several up north. The honey croissants are amazing and a must have if you are stopping in or eating out. The southern fried chicken was an amazing deal. For $3 extra you got an entire second chicken breast. Only issue is the curbside pickup is not connected to the text you receive when order like all other major restaurant chains.“
