“I went to the drive through at about 3:30PM on a Saturday and the place was kind of busy. The line including myself was roughly three cars long.
Service was solid worker was polite and got my order correct completely. Food was hot and tasty did not seem old at all. My partners chicken sandwich was a bit to crispy but over all a decent experience. Lower score was for the drive through taking a tad long, the slightly over cooked chicken and my coke was flat and they were completely out of Mello Yello“
“One of Southern hospitality groups best stores in the augusta area. The store is a bit busier than the other stores but service and food are better from this location. When they switched their fries I think they made a mistake.

“My kids and I ate here after their dentist appointments. There was no line in the drive-thru when we arrived. The cashier was friendly and we received our food quickly. Everything was fresh and hot. We will definitely return to this location.“

“Order was gotten wrong, but every misunderstanding was rectified with a smile, and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate for my handicapped mother, my two young cousins, and my little sister. It wasn't her job to, but the kind lady who took our order and then bussed the tables brought the children toys and crowns, and even played with them and entertained them because they seemed down. Absolutely heartwarming. Please give this Burger King staff some recognition for going far above their paygrade to make some little kids smile.“
“We stopped by here last Friday and had the most amazing man take our order. My son wanted the panda crown and there was one left. When my son got it he managed to rip tab off as he was trying to adjust size. The man taking orders finished taking orders and went to the back room and found another crown with the panda eyes. So greatful for extra dose of kindness.“
