“One of Southern hospitality groups best stores in the augusta area. The store is a bit busier than the other stores but service and food are better from this location. When they switched their fries I think they made a mistake.

“Went for a quick lunch today. I really enjoy the Honey mustard Chicken wraps Burger King sales. It did not take long for the up front cashier to take my order. She was very nice, polite, and friendly. Answered all of my questions. Food came quickly. My only complaint is that the chicken was a little burnt, but it still tasted good. I will be back.“
“Order was gotten wrong, but every misunderstanding was rectified with a smile, and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate for my handicapped mother, my two young cousins, and my little sister. It wasn't her job to, but the kind lady who took our order and then bussed the tables brought the children toys and crowns, and even played with them and entertained them because they seemed down. Absolutely heartwarming. Please give this Burger King staff some recognition for going far above their paygrade to make some little kids smile.“

What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive and ensured that my order was prepared exactly as I requested. They even checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
In addition to the great food and service, the prices were very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I was able to save about $10 using their app to find a deal. “The food was piping hot fresh delicious and accurate. I didn’t order an egg and I’m glad they left it off my sandwich. Cheese melted the way I like it. Flaky crisp soft juicy croissant bread with flavorful sausage. Love that they asked me for condiments at the window. Strawberry jelly being my fave. Napkins in the bag. Told me my total before pulling around to the window and I can view the order correct on the screen. Coke had carbonation with a kick. Great experience altogether.“

“I go to Burger King on Walton Way 2-3 times a week. By far the cleanest fast food restaurant in downtown it’s hard to beat a 100 health score. Quantana and her to team are allows welcoming and take care of their customers every time I dine in. Tim one of the workers I’ve never seen anyone hustle and get the job done like he does. Ra’Mesha is one of the best also. She’s always smiling and ready to help whoever is in need. It all starts with the boss keep up the good work. Always satisfied!“
