“As an unbiased observer reading the reviews, it’s clear that Ronda Holloway is completely out of line. The worker’s comment was neither malicious nor “evil”; it was a factual reaction to nearly being hit. Attempting to twist that into some personal attack is unreasonable and unfair.
It’s also inappropriate for Ronda to weaponize her own tragic experiences in an effort to invalidate someone else’s legitimate concern. The worker had no knowledge of her personal history, nor any obligation to tiptoe around it. The simple truth is that she most likely almost hit the girl — and the girl responded to that reality. Anything beyond that is Ronda projecting her own issues onto an innocent situation.
If anything, the irony here is that Ronda is blaming the very person she put at risk.“

Drink sizes are slightly larger then what you would get at the big green place and taste better. Staff is always friendly and fast.“

Also, my order is almost always ready BEFORE the ETA on the app. This location is always super super clean and organized, and I regularly see them cleaning during my quick visits. The customer supplies (straws, etc) are always fully stocked. The breakfast items I order are always too hot to bite into immediately. The staff are super friendly, and they have a better vibe working at Starbucks than I do when I'm on vacation. I order from here every day (I have a problem lol) and will continue to do so until my therapist finds out about how often I order from here <3“
