Cousin is presently a patient at VA Augusta to treatment & we decided to stay at the Sheraton Augusta Hotel & ring in the New Year with him. Checked in Wed 12/28/2022 and since checkin, the internet has not been working. Today (12/30/2022), I spoke to the Front Desk receptionist, who advised me that I should have been told at checkin that the hotel has been having internet issues that will not be resolved by till next year/month.
