Starbucks in Augusta

“Quickly became my favorite Starbucks in Augusta, and I am very familiar with every Starbucks Augusta has had. The attitude of all the workers, the upbeat atmosphere, and the sweet note on a bad day are all the reasons why I feel this location is number one!“

“Both in house and drive thru experiences here have garnered no complaints from me. The baristas have always been friendly to me and my drinks have never been incorrect. Even if my drink were wrong, because no one is perfect, this staff seems like the crew to make a remake without batting an eye!“

“They seem to be working out kinks within their store. I say this because everytime I go there’s somebody there doing maintenance or either boxes of Starbucks items out in the store. Items that need to be put out on the shelves. I usually order a White Chocolate Mocha and they’ve never messed that up. BUT one time I ordered plain iced coffee with sugar only and it was so nasty I spit it out and through it away. So I wouldn’t recommend any of there regular coffees at this location. Just stick with the mixed drinks and you should be fine.

Vegetarian options: They have cheese bites and egg bites. They also have wraps and different coffees to order.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of space inside with chairs and table to sit at. Every kid friendly menu items like the cake pop.

Parking: You have to park in the PX parking lot and walk inside. Watch out for retirees when in the parking lot they speed and don’t pay attention to pedestrians.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. They have wheelchair seating right as you walk in and a very open floor plain.

Dietary restrictions: They have a variety of options for every diet type…including vegan.“

“Went to this Starbucks location several times when I was a student at Augusta University. The location was close to my dormitory, so I didn't have to travel so far. My go to was a iced Mocha Frappuccino and a fruit & cheese plate. Service here was good and wifi was excellent. Overall a nice place to go for a drink and socialization with friends.“

“Stopped to get two large frappe drinks and service was very quick despite being late and even dough they did not have the flavor I wanted up on the board the girl making our drinks was very accommodating and made the flavor we asked for anyhow. I would certainly stop by for drinks again. Only negative was the parking, I drive a big truck and was abit worried but otherwise just park on the other side and it should be ok.“

“I’m definitely a “Starbucks Baby!” and this one’s crew, starting with management and then continuing with the rest of their AMBITIOUS & FANTASTIC Barista Crew this’s my favorite Starbucks ☕️? regardless of dining in, mobile app pick up, or the drive-thru where any one of them have been known to catch me off guard in deep thought and proceed with casually asking if I’d like my normal “this or that!” Sure, they all seem to have the same versed greetings or departure, but MY STARBUCKS ON BOBBY JONES HAVE THAT XTRA MILE AND MORE!! It’s their own thing? Their heart and compassion in actually enjoying themselves and not just being there for the paycheck! I’ve seen them handle the testy comments from customers who lie about not seeing the wait times on their mobile app and then show genuine grace… THIS TEAM DESERVES MUCH LOVE AND MORE PRAISES ☕️?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Their coffee was AMAZING!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They struggled a little with getting the top on my cup, so they gave me a bigger sized cup. All those people saying that they did bad and stuff, are just saying it for attention. I gave them two difficult orders and they are one of the best I have ever had!!! My orders were white chocolate mocha frappacino double blended and caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. They are just a small business trying to make money for their family and their futures. So if you are going to say something rude, then don’t say it at all. Also, they were very hospitable and they have very good communication and teamwork skills! I highly recommend going here for coffee!!!!“
