Starbucks in Augusta

“My order is right every single time and consistent too (the same order on different days tastes the same - they know what they're doing). Also, my order is almost always ready BEFORE the ETA on the app. This location is always super super clean and organized, and I regularly see them cleaning during my quick visits. The customer supplies (straws, etc) are always fully stocked. The breakfast items I order are always too hot to bite into immediately. The staff are super friendly, and they have a better vibe working at Starbucks than I do when I'm on vacation. I order from here every day (I have a problem lol) and will continue to do so until my therapist finds out about how often I order from here <3“

“Quickly became my favorite Starbucks in Augusta, and I am very familiar with every Starbucks Augusta has had. The attitude of all the workers, the upbeat atmosphere, and the sweet note on a bad day are all the reasons why I feel this location is number one!“

“I am a basic Starbies ish!
The staff is always friendly at this location and the coffee is consistently great. My only small frustration is that online orders don’t show when something is sold out, so sometimes you have to switch your order and wait a bit longer. It seems to happen at most locations, but this one a little more often. Still, the team is always kind and makes it right, and honestly, a good coffee fixes everything. Goosefraba and carry on!“

“I’ve been going to this Starbucks location for years. This is by far the best location in the Augusta, GA area & probably one of the best anywhere. The staff here is the friendliest & best customer service you’ll find! Busy location, but my drinks are always spot on & you never have to wait long for your order. “Their coffee was AMAZING!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They struggled a little with getting the top on my cup, so they gave me a bigger sized cup. All those people saying that they did bad and stuff, are just saying it for attention. I gave them two difficult orders and they are one of the best I have ever had!!! My orders were white chocolate mocha frappacino double blended and caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. They are just a small business trying to make money for their family and their futures. So if you are going to say something rude, then don’t say it at all. Also, they were very hospitable and they have very good communication and teamwork skills! I highly recommend going here for coffee!!!!“

“They seem to be working out kinks within their store. I say this because everytime I go there’s somebody there doing maintenance or either boxes of Starbucks items out in the store. Items that need to be put out on the shelves. I usually order a White Chocolate Mocha and they’ve never messed that up. BUT one time I ordered plain iced coffee with sugar only and it was so nasty I spit it out and through it away. So I wouldn’t recommend any of there regular coffees at this location. Just stick with the mixed drinks and you should be fine.

Vegetarian options: They have cheese bites and egg bites. They also have wraps and different coffees to order.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of space inside with chairs and table to sit at. Every kid friendly menu items like the cake pop.

Parking: You have to park in the PX parking lot and walk inside. Watch out for retirees when in the parking lot they speed and don’t pay attention to pedestrians.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. They have wheelchair seating right as you walk in and a very open floor plain.

Dietary restrictions: They have a variety of options for every diet type…including vegan.“

“Everything was prepared very delicately. No hairs or anything else on the food or even in my drink. Not saying that this is a common thing with Starbucks, but I am trying to be careful for my personal health. The food was great and the drinks were no different. The staff was nice and understandable for the type of payment to receive. I would absolutely recommend this location to any person who would be interested.“

“Went to this Starbucks location several times when I was a student at Augusta University. The location was close to my dormitory, so I didn't have to travel so far. My go to was a iced Mocha Frappuccino and a fruit & cheese plate. Service here was good and wifi was excellent. Overall a nice place to go for a drink and socialization with friends.“

“I ordered Hazelnut Coffee with extra sugar and cream. Actually this review is somewhat comical. l did get the hazelnut syrup and creamer, however I had no coffee. I returned later on my way home, the young lady was totally shocked, she did give me another coffee, I was able to enjoy the hext morning!!
