“Deas Guyz band (Hilton Head Island, SC had the pleasure of stopping at the Waffle House located at 1202 George C. Wilson in Augusta, GA, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish!
The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere welcoming, and the staff incredibly friendly. Our server, Euliyah, was simply amazing — attentive, cheerful, and made us feel right at home. Manager Brian was also outstanding, leading with professionalism and a genuine spirit of hospitality.
What truly stood out was the teamwork among the staff. Everyone worked together seamlessly, creating not just a great meal, but a great experience.
We highly recommend this location — it’s definitely one of the best Waffle House stops we’ve ever made!“
“First time at a Waffle House and my expectations were blown out of the water. Our amazing waitress Tabitha and staff welcomed us in and took great care with friendly, punctual, professional service. Service was prompt, and the eggs, hash browns, and waffle were cooked perfectly. Clean facility with diligent work. An incredible value. Can't believe it took this long to experience it!“
“Staff knows good customer service. All were friendly and welcoming. The food was great. Of course, most of any food will do after a long day, we all really enjoyed it and ate every last bite. Waitress (forgot her name, 8/2 11pm) was really nice and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. May actually visit again before we leave tomorrow.“

“Last week, after a disappointing breakfast at our hotel, my colleague and I decided to try the Waffle House on Washington Rd. Right from the start, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We chose to sit at the bar, where we could see the cook skillfully managing multiple orders. The menu, though simple, offered exactly what we wanted. I opted for the TWO EGG BREAKFAST, sunny side up, accompanied by a rib-eye steak and iced tea. The meal was thoroughly satisfying, and the bustling yet efficient atmosphere added to the experience. I would happily visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid breakfast spot.“
“Amazing Waffle House! Everyone was very nice. Savannah (waitress) was amazing and was amazing to be around. The cooks were very friendly and knew how to make their staff laugh. I frequently visit waffle houses so I can study and eat my breakfast during before or after my shifts and this is by far my favorite Waffle House! I went in at a time where it wasn’t busy so that may be why it had offered such good service. I made sure to tip 20 dollars !!“

“We went this morning on Father’s Day it was busy but our server Crissy was amazing super friendly and got us taken care of us even on a busy morning. Our food was delicious as well. Our eggs were cooked perfect. Thank you Crissy for making our morning and breakfast enjoyable!“
“I first ate at this Waffle House a couple of years ago and I am always so impressed by how good, and filling, the Classic Waffle with fifty cents worth of Pecans really is for the price. This Waffle House is so clean and comfortable. Someone always steps forward to hold the door for Mr Marty, who has disabilities, and we are always cheerfully greeted. I feel very safe here, too. If there's a ruckus, the staff jump over the counter and keep the peace, quite gracefully, and if water is rising and winds are blowing, this is the last place to close and offers shelter. I rarely eat out, I'm a cook myself, but if I do, it's probably Waffle House.“
“I ordered the biscuits and gravy (actually it was a single biscuit) and the advertised strawberry waffle with whipped cream on top. The best part of the meal was the biscuit and gravy. It was better than what I’ve had at most restaurants, but the biscuits and gravy at Pilot Flying J is still significantly better. For the strawberry waffle, I thought it was a little too mushy (I prefer a more spongy waffle). And the whipped cream wasn’t really cream, but rather a whipped topping that melts into a slightly milky but almost translucent liquid. The truth is, it wasn’t a bad meal. I’ve had much worse. But I’ve also had much better. I had expected top quality food when I walked in, and I was a little disappointed.The service and atmosphere was exactly what I had expected. Based on the service and atmosphere I would return to this Waffle House. But I would perhaps explore something else on the menu.“
“Your basic Waffle House with decent food but the service was excellent. The waitress kept up with our table as far as making sure drinks were always full and asking if we needed anything additional. Most places you have to waive the server down to get anything or even acknowledge you're there, this waitress was on top of her game and it was a very good experience“

“The over all staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Three of the females were holding the restaurant down. Ms. Faye, Ms. Brittani, and last but not least Ms. Chansey on the grill. Our waitress was Ms. Faye and did an amazing job. Ms. Chansey was very well detail orientated very well connected with what she was doing and with cooking cleaning as she went along . I've been to alot of Waffle Houses and when I tell you i haven't seen one running like an well oil machine. All Waffle Houses should model 3134 Peach Orchard Rd 624.It's very refreshing to someone in the restaurant business take so much pride in what she does well deserved of 10 stars. Idon't mind coming here and spending money cause I know its a very clean establishment.“
“I eat at Waffle House atleast 3x a week. If you go, ask for Tasha, she's their best waitress and Mr. Doug is the best cook. You'll know him when you see him because his head is almost touch the ceiling. Everything he sends to your table is A1 I guarantee it.“
