Last Sunday I came to this Zaxby’s because my friend who was in the hospital wanted a salad. While I got one for them I decided I’ll get one for myself. Now I haven’t had Zaxby’s in quite a while, and I was questioning myself about getting this salad but I got it. Dang if that wasn’t the best dang blasted salad I had in a long time. Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings on Walton Way is known for its polite and respectful staff, making it a reliable choice for fast food. Customers have praised the great food and service, especially recommending the Fajita Quesadilla. However, some have noted issues like cold food and a down ice machine, which affected drink temperatures. The staff is friendly and works well together, with specific mentions of attentive team members in the drive-thru. While the food is generally good, some reviews mention it could be served faster, and the atmosphere feels dated. One standout experience involved a manager named Jeremy, who went above and beyond to resolve a missing meal from a DoorDash order, demonstrating excellent customer service. Overall, Zaxby's offers a solid fast-food experience with friendly service, although there are some areas for improvement.
