Parking was easy, and the crowd was pleasant and laid-back. I also really appreciated that there was no hookah and the music wasn’t loud, so you could actually enjoy yourself and have a conversation. “Let’s just say that we were on a road trip and realized that there was no restaurant open due to it being chrome eve and Waffle House had their doors open and received my family foe indoor dining. Waitresses was good food was delicious and my family was happy on Christmas Eve with home a home cooked meal“

“Very polite and sweet staff! We had Miss Karen and her Trainee Miss Khiya. They both did a fantastic job, I didn't need to ask for a thing they were quick with check-ins and refills. Food was absolutely perfect as well. Probably one of the best if not the best Waffle House I've ever been too. I'll definitely come back to this location.“

“Had the Easter brunch with complimentary mimosa. $75.00 per person drinks extra. The three of us enjoyed our time. I made reservations nine days prior with asking for outdoor seating. When we arrived weather was good but they were not seating outside. Disappointed not to have outside seating. Nice buffet but the cake was previously frozen and apple pie not homemade. The lemon petite tart was not made with fresh lemon. Probably frozen previously too. The ice cream bar had only vanilla and cool whip topping. The strawberry and chocolate syrups were flavored. For the price charged a couple of real signature desserts would have been great. The macaroni was great. The salmon, chicken and beef were good. The ham was not a a good choice and was not at a carving station as described when I asked about the buffet. Fruit was good. Since this is the first since Covid 19 I’ll give for credit for a nice presentation.

“This is the best waffle house in the entire state of Georgia. If the staff here asked if they could have a kidney, I’d give them both of mine.
The food is always great! The staff is so amazing! They treat everyone who walks in their doors like they are family. Everyone is their best friends, every kid is their favorite niece/nephew, and they only put out the best food for you.
The place is always clean, well lit, with fresh food, good staff, and a good time.“

“This place is an institution. For anyone who loves hash browns and the diner feel, this is the place for you. The staff is a well oiled machine, delivering dish after dish in their own special WH vernacular. Grab a seat at the bar to witness the action.

Manager Meagan R. and server Rafael G. went above and beyond for my family and I... My GodDaughter enjoys a flork character thing and mentioned that she wanted that, anyway the Team today went above and beyond. I am very thankful and grateful that I changed my rating and review to say five stars across the board! Thank you Meagan and team and thank you Rafael for making it happen! We appreciate it very much!!!
My GodDaughter doesn't like the attention on her and I know she will see one day that today is a day all about her. Again, thank you!

Luisa was our server... She was nice and friendly... Her service was great, she has a memory too! She took our order without a pen and pad. We ordered hot coffee, but it didn't taste like the IHOP coffee that we are used too... the coffee has a distinct coffee flavor... one of the coffee mugs was dirty so we sent it back... I guess we are just used to the Carrollton place.
Over all, good service and still good food.“

“First of all, Daniel is amazing. Give him a raise. Great customer service. You can’t go wrong with the food, I truly don’t think I have ever had an issue with my WaHo food. The atmosphere at this location was pleasant, typical— orders and greetings being yelled over the sound of bacon sizzling while the jukebox plays. Today it was MJ & Bob Marley. It was clean as well. Happy to take my leftovers and eat again lol. Thank yall to the workers and God bless yall“

“On a road trip form NJ to MS. Stopped in to get some coffee. The young women serving were super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. I would definitely stop again if I were in the area.“

“WAS AMAZING LAST NIGHT!!!! We last minute decided to drive around and see if anything wasn’t too crowded. When we drove by IHOP we noticed it wasn’t crowded at all so we stopped in. Our server was Kamaya (sp?) she has such a calm demeanor and she was so patient with us and our two kids and was very attentive and kind. I ordered the bacon avocado eggs Benedict with a side of breakfast potatoes and ya’ll it was the best eggs Benedict EVER!!! I was truly not expecting that. The breakfast potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and so tasty!! The waffles had a lovely lightly crispy outside but the inside was SO fluffy! Fried chicken was ideal! I was blown away that this came from an IHOP. We also interacted and spoke with another server named Paula who was also so genuinely kind. We chatted briefly and she complimented my family and was just such a joy! The chef was Jamel (or Jameel? I couldn’t hear very well what he said 😅) and we had to pay our compliments because the food was outstanding. We cannot wait to go back!!! Thank you all for such a wonderful dining experience😊“

“UPDATE 10/05/26: They must've hired new staff because everyone was friendly and the food was great.
The customer service here is terrible. There was only one booth available, and it had some liquid in the seat.. I asked the waitress to please wipe down the booth, so that we could sit down. The waitress gave me a nasty look and just walked away to do something else. So, we left. Additionally, they have their number on the window, for to-go orders, but they never answer the phone. Even though I'm only about a mile away, I will go out of my way to avoid this Waffle House.“
