“First off, I'd like to state that this rating is in comparison to other Mom & Pop establishments and not Michelin star places. That'd be unfair to both parties involved.

With that said, I really enjoyed myself here. The staff were very attentive and expeditious! I received my order probably about 5 minutes after I ordered. Granted it was earlier in the day and not many patrons but I still believe they deserve the recognition for it. There were plenty of seating available even for a large party if you have one. The establishment was clean on the outside and inside. In addition, the bathroom was really clean and tidy as well.

I ordered Sashimi that came with 6 other rolls and gyoza shrimp. The shrimp were so hot I actually had to let them sit a while before eating, which is great for me compared to cold or lukewarm. The Sashimi and sushi were extremely fresh! You can see a pick of the chef area where they prepared it. The food was plated exceptionally well and was a pleasantly unexpected surprise.

This was a great experience!!! And the efficiency of the staff allowed me to eat my lunch and get back to work on time. I highly recommend it and would visit again.“

“I'm in a nursing home and once a month we coordinate a big takeout order with various places. We have used Okinawa Austell 3 times now, and everytime, without fail, they have given us delicious perfection! And their lunch prices are extremely affordable, even for us! We average 30 to 35 orders each time! Everything is always packaged so we can identify each order easily, and there have been ZERO mistakes or complaints. Zero complaints! Chase is always spectacular with his customer service and attention to detail. I wish i could remember the names of the other people whom ive interacted with. They were just as pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough about how much we love Okinawa Austell! Their Dallas Hwy location is also a gem. My sister and I used to go there at least once a month. It was our favorite sushi spot! It appears that Okinawa provides excellence no matter which location you go to! I would give more stars if I could!“

“This place was closed to the public and only take out after pandemic and finally open up. They have a good selection of food and some sushi which for the lunch menu looks very decent the price. It's not a luxury place but it's well maintained clean and the service is on point.“

“This was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. As soon as we walked in the hostess was very quick to greet us. She was very polite in checking that my dog “Lulu” was indeed a service animal. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name as I was taking in the atmosphere. She was great at explaining how the HOT POT works. We were then immediately seated and greeted by our server. Our server Steven was AMAZING. Steven also made sure that Lulu was a service animal. He then walked us through making our HOT POT, Korean Bbq and buffet. Our drinks immediately came out he even brought Lulu her own sweet tea in a to-go cup The cups were never empty the whole meal. I let my husband go up to the buffet first as we do not take Lulu around other peoples food to be respectful. When my husband came back I went to the buffet and before I could get back to the table Steven already had our food on the table and meat was already cooking. The whole meal was beyond excellent. The manager even checked up on us and made sure not only was my husband and I taken care of but that Lulu was as well. We will definitely be driving the 1 1/2 hours to come back.“

Even ran my purse out to the car when I accidentally left it on the chair inside. The food is very reasonably priced, especially for how good the quality is. Very happy we found this place!“

“Simply worth the drive and money. Since Covid my husband and I eat out very selectively. Most of the time restaurants are overcharging, understaffed, unclean and service is less than standard. They look at you crazy if you ask for hot food and clean utensils. Well at The Bowl all is well! The service is top notch from placing your order to the moment you leave. The food is savory, clean, made to order with perfection! I highly recommend this restaurant anytime of the day.“

“Food was great. I had spring rolls and the Volcano Roll. The spring Roll could have had more flavor and texture, the Volcano Roll was wonderful. One companion had three varieties; eel, tuna, and TNT. They had no complaints about any of them. Another companion ordered chicken & steak hibachi and was very impressed. They have ordered hibachi from other area restaurants and this one was at the top of the list! Our server was prompt and attentive. The only complaint that all three of us had is that it was a very chilly atmosphere, even for one who was burly man. It felt as if a freezer was blowing cold air down from the ceiling above. We sat near the bar. The food and service was very good!“

The ones who complain about the wait time just go to a fast food restaurant. Sushi Tong is a restaurant meaning you are going to wait more than 15 to 20 for food. The local Mickey D's and Wendy's are up the street (LOL) if you want the food given to you in a 60-90 second time span. If you do not have the patience for actual restaurant food do not come, if you have patience yes please check them out totally worth the wait :)“

“Review of Taki Japanese Steakhouse
I had a very nice experience at Taki Japanese Steakhouse. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are exceptional. The tableside chef was a highlight; he kept my grandchildren entertained and answered all their questions with intelligence and kindness.

The food portions are large, and the presentation is lovely. The menu offers a great variety of selections, and I appreciated how professionally and conscientiously the staff handled a shrimp allergy within our group. I even had enough leftovers for another full meal! I will definitely be returning.“

“I really like this place! The food is good. High quality food but not like other hibachi places. Such as no real ginger in the ginger dressings and mixed veggies in the fried rice. Nothing major. Just small things to keep prices low, which I also appreciate. I still rate 5 stars because of the ambiance and prices. They give you balloon head bands that are soooo cute and you get sorbet at the end of your meal.“

“I have NEVER had a bad experience at this place. Not with service nor with the food. I always get the teriyaki chicken with extra chicken on top of white rice. The last time I ate here, which was about 1 yr ago, my bf got his with noodles instead of rice and a guy right after us got his with noodles as well, but with the side of steamed veggies mixed in with the noodles. I tried my bf noodles, and it was so good, and I only imagined how it would have been with the veggies stir-fried in with it. So this time, 1 year later, I got the chicken teriyaki, with extra chicken on topped of noodles with the steamed veggies mixed in instead of on the side, and when I tell you that it was SO good, it was SO GOOD!!. The cook had a slight heavy hand on the portions of noodles and veggies which led to me having a generous portion of it, with no complaints what so ever on my end. Lol. Everything was cooked perfectly, and it took me 15 mins to get home , so I can eat it, and it was still piping hot!. Whenever I get the craving for tender teriyaki chicken that's delicious, Sarku Japan has never disappointed me. ? oh, I also got an egg roll..good flavor just wished it was more fresh.“

“I passed this place by many time and didn’t notice it, don’t make the same mistake! It’s the best Sushi outside of south Florida, just as fresh.
